Was freezing! The checking was too long! The room was frozen although I used the air conditioner! At around 8 pm wasn't a receptionist and it was like someone was repearing and was a lot of noise!

Unfriendly staff and never to the reception, no toilet paper , uncleaned and dust didn't ofer car park with the reason it was full but the car park it was half occupied. In room 12 was smell of smoke ? for a unsmoked person

Quirky hôtel. We loved the location and the size of the room. Great value.

Nothing at all!

The lift was a lucky dip with which floor you’d arrive at! The decor is so out of date! No one changed our towels or made the bed or emptied the bins for six days! People would cook food in a kitchen at 11pm setting off the fire alarm!!! This was not my choice for the stay, I was let down at the last minute by booking and was obliged to accept what I could! I had planned on proposing to my future wife on this trip but the hotel was simply not up to any kind of standard!

Good location and safe and secure parking for our motorbikes, close to the centre of town and everything including the Lake was well within a short walking distance. Great views from the hotel.

very dated furniture and bathroom fittings and extremely hot within the hotel. being close to the railway station there was a lot of noise at night.

Location opposite the station and the funky decor (hard to describe - lots of wooden panelling).

Very convenient for the station, inexpensive, clean, air conditioned. Just what I needed at short notice when my train got stuck.

Basic decor, no bedside light, thin pillows.

Wouldn’t stay here again, over priced and dirty…cigarette packet under bed…sheets smelt of smoke.

It smelt of stale smoke, the hotel was very basic, it stated there was space for secure parking but they only had space form4 cars … so nothing when we arrived at 5pm

Breakfast was fine. Hotel is great value for money.

The welcome by an old man was not warm at all. The hotel needs refreshing.

The hotel faces the station and is in a quiet but busy part of town. Parking on the street outside is free overnight. The circulation areas in the hotel have been renovated to a high standard but our room, although comfortable, needed a repaint after new wiring had been installed. It was clean and spacious. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Receptionist was very kind. The location couldn’t have been any better, and the room and hotel is very clean. I loved the bathtub with a little “Al-Andalus” entry.

After the check in, we called the elevator and whent it reached downstairs it was filled with garbage bags. So we decided to take the stairs and there were mess everywhere. I was schoked to see so many dirty laundry on the corridor. The tub is too old and need to be redone. I did not feel comfortable in it.I asked the receptionist about activities in the cities and he did not have much to say, this aspect surprised me a lot!!!

Very clean with comfortable beds and quiet overnight stay. Easy to get to and just a short drive down to the lake. Road parking outside the hotel was no bother.

First impressions entering the hotel via the underground garage at the back weren't great but the room itself turned out to be fine.Comfortable bed. Bathroom facilities were a bit basic but functional.Shutters on the windows blocked out noise from the station and road outside.A short walk to the old town where there are plenty of restaurants.

The room was air conditioned!The staff were friendly, relaxed and helpful.

Don’t be put off by location and outside look - it is rather decent place. Comfortable and rather quite room being across the train station. Nice, big bathroom. Helpful staff.

Garage comes at extra cost- there are no free parking places in front of the hotel. Breakfast… you will forget you had it the moment you leave the dinning room … sweet only, no meat, no cheese, no butter… not even a plate… just croissants, jam and coffee.

Typical older french style countryside hotel. Simple room, but fully functional with comfortable bed and well working air conditioning. Excellent location next to railway station and city center.

Very spacious room, comfy mattress. Garage very good.

Is not I a very good part of the city but it was ok
