    • Swimming pool and friendly staff
    • Pool, spa, big room, balcony, cleanliness, friendly staff

    Cons -

    • The bedrooms were clean and freshly painted but there was a dated feeling to the decor and no cupa for.drinking coffee or water in the main area (but you can go to reception and get paper cups).
    • Would be nice to have a coffee and tea and electric kettle in the room.
    • Dining at the restaurant = HORRIBLE !!!!!!!Location : difficult for guest not having car thus using public transport.

Room was generous in size and pleasant.

Bathroom was in a poor condition and there was no plug for the bath.

    Friendly staff, ample parking

Room and mattresses were too dusty leading to sneezing fits. Access to swimming pool denied on flimsy ground. Heating in the room was faulty. Restaurant menu lacked choice.

I liked the free parkingThe room was spacious

all public areas in the property and my room were very old with a lot of marks of wear and tear on the walls and on the carpetThe refrigerator made an awful amount of noise Heating didn’t work properly TV only had French channels I didn’t use the spa as it wasn’t very inviting staff spoke no English at all, I just couldn’t communicate with them. bed was uncomfortable

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to charge our electric car without a problem. The bed was big and comfortable. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of food.Although we didn't try them the hotel had aqua exercise sessions timetabled which is a great idea.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and it was not easy to get a coffee during the day. It would have been nice for a cuppa and a lie in. Deck chairs around the pool were reserved with towels even when it did not seem like guests were around. This was frustrating as we had hoped for a relax by the pool after a day of site seeing. We had trouble keeping our room cool enough so slept with the balcony door open. We were overlooking the carpark, unfortunately this meant we were woken very early in the morning by delivery or collection lorries.

The hotel is nicely located about a 20 minute stroll from the town centre in a quiet park, ideal for walking your dog, ample free parking, very friendly and efficient staff, rooms are a decent size, good breakfast.

    8IddonPosted on: 9-14-2024

Nice large comfortable rooms with good views

Lack of information in the rooms about facilities in the hotel including if you want to use the shuttle service you should book it a day in advance !Being a spa hotel some fresh water in the room would have been appreciated.

Great staff great breakfast and great location

Shower bath a little bit outdated but still good.

    7HendrikPosted on: 8-25-2024

    Good

Without a car is far from anywhere to eat.Entertainment in the area all requires a car - for the area, this hotel is good. But there are options much closer to local restaurants that are more convenient.

Breakfast was ok but told no dogs in restaurant

On arrival haven driven for 5hrs to be told sorry We cannot supply an evening meal the restaurant was fully booked .Told the next Morning in a pet allowed hotel the very small dog is not allowed in for breakfast Not had this issue anywhere else in France and Italy for the last two weeks

    7KevinPosted on: 3-8-2024

room was pleasant and the restaurant was convenient and food was fine.

There had been a large spillage of paint right outside our door, in the hallway which we could smell in our room.

The staff were very helpful and freindly.

Very 70s hotel, in need of renovation. No slippers to go down to spa. (I only had boots with me!)Robes were one size only...didn't fit my partner.Restaurant in hotel was fully booked on Saturday night, but we weren't advised of that when checking in.

    Good location.

We found two needles on the carpet in room 310. It could have been dangerous

Had room only as didn't look very inviting to eat there, but can't comment on food. Good parking & free. Nice indoor pool area & outside area with loungers.ok forb

Out dated decor throughout. Bedrooms old and dated

    8NeilPosted on: 9-28-2023

    Bar and spa facilities.

The restaurant was fully booked. Travelled 5 hours in the car. No bar snacks. Although, staff said it was ok to order in from outside. This worked out OK as I used Uber. Older visitors may not be so computer literate and would have to fi d a Restaurant.

hotel team welcoming - cleaning - services

about room, it's usually : 1-air conditioning should available in all rooms ,2- room refrigerator at least should supplied daily with 2 cans of water min. freely. 3- room should supplied with tea-coffee station. 4. the rooms usually delivered to customers at 3PM!! , which considered long time to wait specially when the traveler came from long journey. all mention points in my opinion is required to improve the hotel facilities.
