Good location

Was really dirty, stained walls, mould, rust and smelt really bad. We were near a fire escape that was being used as a smoking door! The smell kept coming into our room, with children inside! The building has no staff after 9pm and the door isn’t locked or controlled by anything! Literally anyone could walk in! Breakfast was poor, little choice and odd items like ice cream cones.

Good location, quick check in and best budget stay.

Fine for a one night quick stop over. Nice American diner nearby for dinner. Beds were comfy and room was clean but basic.

Bathroom was tatty and stained shower

- Very close to the highway. Great choice if you only need a few hours of sleep during a long drive.- Fully automated hotel. I didn't meet any persons during my stay, I checked in at a computer, obtained a code for my room and then I could simply leave the next morning.

- There are no elevators. If your room is anywhere else than the ground floor and you have items to carry (e.g. heavy luggage), this can be problematic. I was assigned a room on the second floor despite of me indicating in my booking that I'm traveling with a dog (an old one who cannot go up the stairs on her own; carrying a dog to the second floor and back several times during a single stay is not a lot of fun).- There is no food in the hotel. You may get some overpriced snacks if you wish, but apart from the breakfast (which finishes rather early in the morning) there's not even a sandwich vending machine.

Very bad experience in the hotel. Don’t recommend it to anyone.

It’s dirty, sound protection is very poor. It was very cold in the room. The administration of the hotel didn’t give me the key from the room until I paid second time (I have already paid through booking website) and I had to pay again because my pregnant wife and two kids were on the street. Nobody refunded me after that!

The smell of cigarettes. The lack of AC. Carpets, facilities very tired.

The location and the beds were the only good things about this hotel.

It was super dirty everywhere especially the bathroom was moldy on ceiling and so untidy.

Nice neat & clean . The family room nice & spacious. Arrived just before the receptionist takes off for her day. But she was very welcoming & even after a bit language barrier made sure I understand how to enter the premise & the room etc.

Mildew in the shower so it looked dirty. The internet was a very poor signal. I like Ibis hotels but this one needs some redecorating in the bathroom's

Avoid dirty hotel and rooms

Dirty hallways, dirty room, after 700km motorcycle ride arriving to this hotel was a blessing. However, it was dirty and outdated the hallways stunk. Overall, we couldn't wait to leave.

Good location convenient and free parking no hassle check In Young Lady on front desk was par excellence and was always attentive to the children which was nice to see

Honestly, nothing.

The room was dark, very dirty and very hot because there's no conditioner. Opening the window didn't help to let the air in. The door lock was broken, we had to wait until someone comes to open the door for us (we arrived late, so reception was closed). The shower is old with a lot of mold on the joints, the light was flickering. Only two bath towels provided though we were three, and not a single hand towel.

Disappointing

Very thin walls, No a/c, no bugscreen in the window to cooldown the room in the summer without bugs getting in and worst of all, 3 spiders on the corners of the ceiling. When I mentioned it on the reception the next morning, they were indifferent and even asked me if the spiders were the little, thin ones, stating that they are not harmfull…

To hot room, no aircondition and poor ventilation!

Easy to find, lots of parking, comfortable bed.

No air conditioning and it was a very hot day. Couldn’t sleep very well because we were too hot.

No air conditioning, not very clean in parts. Bathroom bin not emptied, mould around shower.

No Cooling provision (Air condition or fan) in the rooms. Poor variety of breakfast choice.

Poor general cleanliness of the common areas of the property

Very close to highway and also close to Aix-les-Bains. good option if you look for a stop over. clean, easy to find, safe and overall convenient for a night.
