LVG Hotel Collection - Cavour

The staff are very kind and helpfull

Great location. Nice staff. Clean rooms.

The pillows: one too hard and one too soft. The bed was extremely hard as well.

The hotel was not far from Milan airport. The town is cute with great restaurants. We had a spacious room that was very comfortable. The front desk staff were super nice.

We didn't realize breakfast ends at 9:30 on week days and slept right through it. We know for next time.

The room is big and clean and the staff is friendly and supported.

The toilet ceiling leaked in the mid night, which was very noisy and caused me to have a bad sleep. I have reported this problem to the front desk when check out and hope they can fix it as soon as possible.

I would recommend not staying at this facility

It is unfortunate that staff was unhelpful. As a women I felt unsafe walking without my family. Many unwelcome words and actions in area outside hotel.

Good location, friendly staff, very nice breakfast, comfortable beds, good shower, cleanness

AC did not work (we called the staff and they said all of the AC‘s don‘t work), WiFi was down during the night, heater in the bathroom couldn’t be turned off so the room was very warm

Cleaness and value for money

Breakfast was basi

Friendly staff

The drainage in the bathroom smells so bad that we couldn't sleep because of the odor. There is no soundproofing, and we could hear all the sounds and loud conversations from the neighboring and upper rooms.Close to train station.

Location Staff

Breakfast

The room was big and very nice , the team was very helpful and also gave recommendations about the area .

Very comfortable bed, great breakfast, big room

They don’t have a restaurant

Great location, nice place. All that you need in Italy inlcuding parking ( paid 8 Eu )

Great central location next to train station and super friendly staff! Thanks for a great stay. Will be back here next time I return for work.

Very comfortable, good and clean hotel. Staff is always available and efficient. And the Breakfast is very nice too!

Súper confortable room, good breakfast, parking (for €8 x day) and helpful staff.

The property is located close to the station, so it can be noise outside.

your bathroom door was a problem (I didn't lock it), It locked me in and I was unable to open for over 5 minutes. it was frightening.

Clean and well kept.

Internet needs to be better. Had to use the lobby to work.

Great location, close to Novara center and train station! Staff was very nice and friendly! Room was very comfortable and spacious!

Very comfortable and good underground parking.

The location was very central but a lot of noise from the road very early on a Sunday morning

The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the location very convenient near the train station. Not much noise that I noticed.

The bathroom didn't have much light my personal preference to be able to do my makeup in the best way possible. Didn't find the iron as described in the facilities of the room.
