Hotel Stazione

Location1 female member of staff was friendly and helpful

Room old and worn Bedding not cleanNo lift Cats roaming around No good will bottle of waterCharged us again until Booking.Com made them correct the mistake Poor value other hotels provide breakfast for the same price Room smelt badly of old cigarette smoke

Central location, big room. Good value.

Long stairs to get to the floor with the rooms.

i liked the location and the surrounding area

the accessories in the room, the comfort was not bad but needs serious improvement

Staff was friendly. Is cheap and located opposite the station which is handy (but also attracts lots of people at night.)Short walk from the center

Well, they place is really in need of refurbishment.Furniture and bathroom are really old and despite being clean they look very..... used.My room was ok, the other room smelled of smoke not the hotel's fault but still.

It's accessible, just near the station

The staff are Rude, Hotel is very not up to the standards ?,What they advertise isn't on the ground. They only care about money not service delivery.

Breakfast is normal. good location

No air-conditioner

Large room & large bathroom, quiet, convenient location across road from train station, friendly ma & pa operation with adequate breakfast and open doors to allow a good breeze (ventilation) in the entrance/breakfast rooms

No secure luggage storage on day of departure (leave in reception only though mostly manned not ideal), was not allowed to use a toilet !!! when I collected bags at end of the day on way to airport

Th elocation was great, just in front of the station.

However, The room was very cold, the shower was so small it was very difficult not to splash water all over the floor. In the morning there was no staff at the check out, and I had to leave the key with no guarantee I will get a receipt for the room. The decor was super dated. Electrics were old which makes me wonder about fire risks. As far as I know there was no breakfast. It does not have any elevators and stairs are very steep, staff made no attempt to help with suitcase.

Staff availablity and hospitality. Great position.

Smell in the rooms, decadent structure,no lifts, very small tv, clima not present and fan not working.

mainly the location is in the center of the city near the train station

I did not like anything about this hotel

The room was not cleanThe toilet was broken

Very nice Buffet in the morning. Quiet place to rest.
