Small room, bad smelling shower and poor breakfast choice.

room are very spacious and clean .they put a lot of towel wich is good .

staff are very rude ,none of them doesn't speak English .the lady who welcome us was not event speak Italian, only her village language .soo strange . and the next day it was a different staff very rude.

The location was very good. The staff was also very kind.

Some repairs and maintenance are needed

The night manager went above and beyond by offering me toothpaste from his own bag, which I truly appreciated. It was a thoughtful gesture that made my stay feel a bit more welcoming. His kindness in that moment really stood out amidst the other challenges I faced during my visit.

I booked a last-minute stay for around 74€, which felt fair for a single bed in a small room. As a larger person, I found the space a bit cramped, especially in the bathroom where moving around was challenging. However, since I was only there for one night, it was manageable for a short visit. The breakfast wasn’t great, but I do want to mention that the woman working in the dining area was very friendly and accommodating.

Staff were amazing and always happy to help.

I went out and got back to perceive cigarette smell in the toilet. Someone smoked in the toilet in my room while I was out. Complained to the staff at the reception, who came and sprayed room freshener.Always little or tissue paper in the toilet. I was always asking them to put one daily.

The facilities are old, the bed is uncomfortable, there is a humid smell and poor ventilation inside the room. The windows don’t close completely, so if it rains you risk to have water all over the room.

Poor service, not even a kettle to have a tea or coffee in the room. Housekeeping service , if you don’t ask they don’t change anything. I had to ask to have clean towels and change of sheets.

Friendly helpful smiley staff, big spacious room, all in a good central location. The bed was very comfortable too. It was exactly what I needed as I arrived on my bike, soaked through.

Nothing really. Maybe a bit of music at breakfast would have been nice but it's no criticism really.

Love how the staff are always ready to help, the breakfast lady is doing such a great job.

The breakfast section is very small, only 5/6 tables. We didn’t finish our meals just because we had other guests coming in shortly after. After the first day we skipped breakfast the next day.

Online room reservation. Bad reception by the boss when we arrived at the hotel. Refusal to give us the reserved room.I sleeped in my car during one night !!!Don't go to this hotel !!!!They don't respect the people !!!

Toilet working condition should have been checked before handing in the key to us. Water as an essential commodity could be offered for free as part of free room services. My television needed servicing.

Breakfast was great! Super friendly staff too! The hotel is very central. Buses are very frequent and on time. The hotel is also close to the train station. There are several restaurants and different types of shops (e.g. stationary, pharmacy, clothes stores, cafeterias, a mini supermarket as well) close by.

The Wi-Fi was not strong and kept cutting.

The staff was friendly and vibe was acceptable. Also, the location was great, the center was 5 minutes away from the hotel.

I applied for a double bed but the bed was 2 singles bed. The room facilities were not enough and not very nice.

Location is excellent -in walking distance to the old town. The room had air conditioning and it worked very well.

The most important thing -I had got unfresh bed -bed sheet was not changed (it was crushed and there were many hair and) but covered with blanket and prepared like usually at the hotel. I made complain -it was necessary to repeat a fev times my complain, and fortunately they gave me a new room. But it was not nice situation and it was not good choice to booked a room at this hotel. The quality of room is not good and it is not worth spending money if you have choice.Breakfast was not enough, very poor, you will not be satisfied (some hot drinks, package juice, one kind of packaged cheese and ham, yogurt...). very small dining room.

Staff where friendly and rooms where clean. Train station about 20-25min walk easy to get train to Central Milan.

no window to open to let air in during the day. en-suites where very small not good for tall people.
