Location is great, staff are friendly. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast could be better. Maybe a cooked breakfast option?

I stayed only 1 night, but it was a very cozy hotel with the nice breakfast and right in the city center close to everything. Room was preheated to my visit and it was quite pleasant and warm in the shower and room. Gentle and attentive stuff.

Good breakfast assortment, delicious coffee, helpful staff.

Location

The room was infested by mosquitos, coudn't sleep at all, the day after I mentioned it to the staff and they just said: "it is like this and we cannot do anything!"

The courtyard

The fact that some rooms, including mine, look out onto the roof where all the ducts are. Also, there was a loud fan going non-stop outside my room’s window.

- close to the city center, 10 min walk from stazione di novara- nice courtyard, beautiful building- good breakfast options- there was a AC in the room!

- small room, but was very cheap- some noise outside, but was not bothersome- the pillow was too big, not so comfy

In the old town, a really nice hotel with parking in the yard. In the hotel is restaurant with tasty food and good prices. Very friendly staff.

The soundproofing is not very good, so you can occasionally hear other guests if they are loud.

Very basic single room. Only one plug an adapter would fit. V small bed.

Security of the location my daughter found someone wandering the floor knocking on doors asking for help at 00.30 in the morning very disturbing. In the end no staff present on site at night the nearest was looking after another hotel and although he did try to resolve the problem in the end it was myself and my girlfriend that resolved the problem helping the person in need. Would have thought the hotel owners would have contacted me to explain why and possibly apologize but nothing as of yet.

- good location in the historic city center, still heard no noises from the street - breakfast buffet was nice- clean

- For some reason there was a 0.5-1 cm slit under the room door, so sounds and lights from the hallway were very clearly hearable and visible - it was pretty loud- There was just one single chair made from plastic, that didn't match the height of the table, so there was no place to sit comfortably. Sitting on the bed was not an option, since the bed started to move away from the wall as soon as i leaned against the wall.- My room window faced the inner yard, where the kitchen waste air was released. Whenever i opened the window the room immediately smelled like kitchen

Hotel unfortunately full of biting mosquitos. Window has a grid but they find a way into the room. Bring a net or repellent.

The structure is beautifully located, rooms are warm and clean, the staff was lovely!

Clean and comfortable rooms. I really like the breakfast included. A lot of places charge for it separately and it can be expensive for a family. The food was also of good quality. Central location in the city center. Great parking space inside the hotel gate

Clean, simple place to stay in Novara.

It was not easy to find even with navigation, traffic limitations in the center.

The staff were very friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. More than anything, happy friendly reception made it a home from home.

It was a bit cold at night, and the light switches were in odd places. But beautiful building.

Location was good. Building courtyard was pretty cool. Parking on site was excellent. Breakfast was good.

There was NO HEAT in the building. None. My room felt like about 57 or 58 degrees. The woman at the front desk at first said she would find out what she could do, not telling me that the heat was off until October 15, when the city would turn it on, but for me on October 11, that didn't mean much. I did get an extra blanket after asking a second time, which helped, though once out from under the blankets it was very chilly. Never been so cold in a hotel. No info on their web site or when I checked in. Only found out when I complained about being COLD. Also, the view from my window was not a courtyard, per se, but housed some covered area, for what I couldn't tell, but pretty ugly.

This hotel is fabulous!! Great rooms, service & food fabulous!! Chef/Boss Mauritz was the best. He was always helpful, attentive, generous and his food was always delicious.
