Need to fix the toilet seat and bed sheets were not clean got hair every where . Also the pillows were too dirty. Pls change those . Being a big hotel doesn’t mean you just cannot buy new pillows. Change those . ????
Location is perfect - lake side, near the main street but in a quiet neighborhood. Staff at the reception is super-helpful. Room is big enough and well-lit with a large window and own balcony. Breakfast is small but nice. Hotel has it's own electricity generator, this was helpful during short power-downs which happen very often in Nepal. Overall - reasonable quality for this price ?
House keeping comes only after you ask them to come. Towels were sometimes smelly and not 100% clean. Old rough mattresses. Last 2 points are very common for Nepal, so can't expect something different here ?

Everything!! Staff were incredible! Wow, what a team! They made me feel at home, every day, no matter what time of the day! Breakfast was delicious! Location is great, far away from any noise but close enough to walk almost anywhere needed. Provided transport when needed. My room was massive, clean and comfortable. I loved everything about my stay here!

The hotel is in a very convenient location very close to the main tourist street but in a side street that made the place quiet. The reception staff were very helpful, nice and professional. They provided advice and recommendations for our plans of visiting interesting places. Breakfast was fine, although considering that the majority of guests during our stay were Europeans it could be less "local" and more of European breakfast. The pool was available outside but we did not have time to use it. Overall a satisfying stay at a well managed and comfortable hotel.
Cleanness I like the most, you can walk barefoot on floor and lobby it’s that cleanWashroom is also so hygienic and they daily change the toiletries.

Room was spacious and very clean. Beds very comfortable. Facilities were good, we ate in the restaurant and food was nice and well prepared. Staff were the best - friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and pleasant, always checking if everything was fine for us.

The common kitchen for vegetarian and non vegetarian so it was unfit for me because I am totally vegetarian.
