Lake View Resort

The locating was perfect. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was exceptional!. They were so accommodating and helpful. They provided assistance with a side trip we took to Gandruk. They also held our luggage while we were in Gandruk for a night. They went above and beyond.

Everything was wonderful!

The location was super nice, the nice view of Fewa lake. Food taste amazing I had almost all of my meals there. Staff was very friendly , helpful. I spent my new year there. It was awesome

Except for the location there’s nothing to be liked

There is very limited parking, it is noisy, and the amenities are poor. The curtain also does not close all the way.

Perfect central place. Amazing 30m pool. Great large rooms Good breakfast buffet and very friendly and supportive staff. A great place to stay.

The room and bedding were dirty and we had to request cleaning multiple times. Towels were not replaced. Staff were unresponsive to requests and questions.

Convenient to food and shopping, clean, comfortable

Staff were incredible and so attentive. Pool is excellent and towels are provided, food is great and so are the drinks. Was made to feel very welcome and staff were willing to help where they could. It's very family friendly (I was there with friends who had children) and they couldn't do enough to help. The pool side rooms are great if you have kids. Very clean and room serviced daily.

The deluxe room was a little dated and the bathroom could do with some upgrades but when I said there was a problem, staff were really quick to sort it out for me.

Lack of organization, they offered 10% or 15% discount on food, but the information never shared efficiently throw the staffs. The workers at the restaurant seemed ignorant. Water leaks in the room probably from upstairs upon check-in.

A bit understaffed, after 11 pm room service is done by the security staff only and slow.

it's a cozy and neat clean room with good ac. Nice hot shower. A little balcony. The best part is the view on the balcony. You can see sunset over the mountain by the lake. Breakfast was good enoughm nice restaurant set. Clean dinning hall.

I really appreciated the staff who interacted with us directly—they were warm and helpful. However, the response from management was disappointing.On a positive note, I loved the pool, and the luxury room was comfortable and well-maintained.

We initially booked a deluxe room, but it was poorly maintained and not up to standard, so we had to upgrade at an additional cost. If you’re planning to stay here, I recommend avoiding the deluxe room altogether.Also, we booked through Booking.com, which included a 15% discount on food. However, the staff gave us no clear instructions on how to claim it. When we placed our order, we expected the discount to be applied, but it was denied because we hadn’t mentioned it beforehand. This requirement was communicated to us beforehand. This lack of communication was frustrating and left us with a disappointing experience overall.

Great location and the staff were wonderful

The doors didn’t close fully, bathroom window didn’t even have glass just screen and a curtain. Extremely outdated. Rusted metal in bathroom, smelled like mildew. I just left and went to another place. I felt unsafe on many levels. People insisting I give them money across the street, followed me across traffic and wouldn’t leave me alone.

The hotel is well located and 3 mins drive to the main bus stop which Kathmandu-Pokhara . Just right in front of the lake and near many restaurants and shops . The room we stay is in the building in front of Pool , super clean , amazing AC , hot and cold shower and also they provided daily shampoo , toothbrush set etc . The boy who wears blue suit at the reception is the most amazing staff of this hotel , he’s the gem of the hotel who made your stay super comfortable by making sure we got what we needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing with like 30 varieties and different slightly on daily basics too . HONESTLY THERE IS LITERALLY NOTHING I CAN COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS HOTEL .

Room we were in had no letch systems which worked so that when you are in balcony doors were completely open same with the bathroom door which couldn't be secured from outside.

Constant black outs and loss of power

The location is perfect, the staffs are very nice

The standalone rooms are a bit dated. When you shower, the water doesnt go down the drain quickly so the water level in the bath tub goes high as you shower. It is also not super clean.There is also loud music every night until past 9 pm. Its a bit annoying.
