Clean environment and friendly staff. Manager, Mr. Ramesh is very active and cooperative. He helped us to cook our own food in the kitchen for our children.
Front desk guy named Ramesh if i am not mistaken,he was very polite and very professional to deal with customer. The room was clean and wifi works perfectly ? food was good and choices of breakfast were great . I would definitely recommend it to others . Budget friendly hotel with good smiling staffs . ?? ahhh !!! and the views of snow capped mountains from my room were amazing.

One of the best hotels I stayed in while in Nepal and the best one for the price. It was very clean and comfortable, and the a/c worked great. The view and location were amazing. The owner and staff were very kind and helpful. They booked my bus ticket onward and made sure I had transportation to the bus park. Breakfast was delicious. Everything together made me consider extending my trip in Pokhara.
The owner Ramesh ji was very accommodating. As we visited during the off season he upgraded us to the room with best view. The view from the room was breath taking. The street where the hotel is located is very near to lake and has many options for food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and made our stay very comfortable.
The fixtures and furniture are a bit old and need refurbishment. We gave some suggestions for AC in the room which was taken very positively.

Good location and comfortable room with a beautiful view on the mountains, attentive staff but the best was the the owner - He really went above and beyond to help us in all kinds of matters! Anything from bus ticket booking, to visa advice or hotel recommendation in Chitwan. Would definitely recommend!

on arrival we had a meal which left a lot to be desired and very expensive. management should check rooms prior to guests use to ensure all items are operational.
