Beautiful facility across the river from the main lake district. Wonderful and accomodating staff. Lovely views of the lake and the mountains.

The restaurant smells food and kitchen and this is not in the level of the expectations. The buffet is always diminishing the quality of a place . The breakfast is basic .

We loved how peaceful it was to stay there and the fact that our stay was going towards a trust fund which helps the underprivileged.We were very impressed with the staff, especially Mannish ( might have got his spelling wrong) the Bartender, very good at his trade and honest person.The front of staff was very knowledgeable, well spoken and impressive too.The people who were responding for the ferries and our luggage were commendable too.The swimming pool was very clean.All in all we had a very nice time there and would love to come back.

There was a large gathering in a marquee in the grounds with loud speakers broadcasting speeches followed by a karaoke session going late into the night. It's bad enough to host such a thing when there are other guests, but why would you put us in a room right next to all the noise?

It was a highly recommended place.The location was great on the lakeside, room big and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast included lots of dishes,view of the restaurant on the lake is amazing. You feel you are connected with nature.Unique experience and must try.

Beautiful oasis at the Phewa lake . Superfriendly staff , specious rooms , beautiful flowers , sound of exotic birds .Terrace with a view over the lake . Rich breakfast and we had also a great dinner buffet. The spa has also very good offers, we really enjoyed our massages . Easy walk on the lake side with many shops , restaurants etc. Last , it is a great experience, to reach this place by rope !

The location and the garden are astonishing. Breakfasting over the lake and crossing the river with the pontoon are unforgettable experiences.

Swiming pool doesn’t have heating facility. At times delivery of requested service gets delayed (appeared to be due to inadequate staffing)

Lovely comfortable stay, I was only here for 1 night, the staff were all amazing, special mention to Hastabir who I had a lovely conversation with.

Breakfast could have more options. However the availiable options were ok.

The counters for Christmas dinner were closed and we had to wait for sometime to get the food.

It was a beautiful quiet location set in gorgeous gardens. The restaurant was very accommodating. The pontoon operates 24/7 and it was no bother at all to get across to the town. The hotel was very helpful in arranging transport to our next destination.

The location is beautiful, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

The room was not as expected, had the view of the hotel building facing, instead of a mountain or open view. The amenities are very limited and the bathrooms could be cleaner.

Fabulous location on the side of Phewa Tal Lake. Beautiful gardens/setting. Super staff - all very helpful and courteous. Excellent breakfast selection. Good selection of evening meals. Excellent massages.
