Bis Hotel Varese

Great Customer Servece Front Desk and Breakfast Banquet Manager do an Excellent Job....

Very nice hotel. Excellent breakfast. Clean, comfortable beds. Our studio was perfect size for 4 people. Ample parking inside the hotel premises.

Nothing in particular.

Guess only good price

It’s Definitely not 4 stars hotel. I would give maximum 2,5 stars. Rooms are clean but very old wallpapers and very basic furniture… u can say … functional

Great hotel Great super superb breakfast.Good Internet Lovely location Free Parking Nice Pool

Very good value and clean place . The room was great was a studio and 4 people were comfortable for 3 nights. Breakfast was very good and parking was included. The lady in the breakfast was amazing she works really hard!

Everything was good

Top breakbast, various of sweet bakery but also plain. Everyone can choose. Large parking. Nice staff.

Free parking with plenty of space.

The room was not properly clean. There were rests of food glued behind the door and night stand. In the toilet, the frames had a layer of dust and no amenities (only soap). In addition, the carpets (the corridor) on the 2nd floor had an intense smell of urine (probably because it's a pet friendly hotel). Disappointing for an hotel that is supposedly 4 stars.

Exceptional

We stayed in a basement floor room, very comfortable but there were many ants on the floor!!

The hotel has a very nice swimming pool.

The room was not clean, there was a bit of dust dating from some time, so I expect the cleaning service is not good at all. The courtesy in the restaurant is rather limited. The breakfast was also not up to 4 stars hotel standards.

Our room was cleaned every day and the hotel was in a quiet location with plenty of parking space in the complex.

The furniture in the room was rather old, the kids bed slightly uncomfortable, no slippers provided and the shower very uncomfortable. Did not feel like 4 start hotel.

It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was impressive – hearty and suitable for all tastes.

Breakfast was exceptional, room was clean and location was good for stop over while travelling by car

Nothing bad

Nice position of the hotel, very quiet. Good size room and bathroom. Everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is excellent an has everything that you need - salami, cheese, tomato, croissant, tea, coffee

Faster elevators

Polite staff. As soon as we encountered a problem with our room, they responded immediately and fixed it. The breakfast was very nice. There was always hot water, and the room had heating. I would go again.

Dogs where free! Hard floors so easy to clean! Nice pillows Great breakfast

Shower some Holly’s where blocked

Good sized room that has been extensively updated, breakfast has a superb selection catering for all tastes and a free, large off road car park. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We are not big eaters and the full menu at €25 each is too much for us so we chose the Primi Pasta for my wife and the Secondi for myself, however this is then charged at €17 per dish each. Although the Pasta course was probably a larger portion this was still too much for my wife to finish. Perhaps, next time, we'll try ordering a smaller portion.

Location good, plenty of parking. Late night check in possible and easy

My room was next to a lift which can be quite noisy

Enjoyed the premises, the spacious parking, the pool, and the tasty pizzas of the restaurant. Loved the vast variety of breakfast. A big bravo to the staff of the hotel for their politeness and their willingness to help!!!!

I would like the room to have some wall hangers, both to the room and to the bathroom.

Comfortable clean hotel. The large pool is really enjoyable. The staff was very nice. A lot of choice for breakfast especially sweet. There is a big parking lot, and the hotel is a 15mn bus ride from the center. The quality-price ratio is really good.

The restaurant is not very good, with all warm food choices frozen food except the pizza.

We like the pool and the sauna.

The hotel location was not very easy for us as we did not have a car.
