Hotel Horizon Wellness & Spa Resort; Best Western Signature Collection

Breakfast buffet was very good

Bathroom had "sewer" odor and hotel staff would not do anything except offer another room for much more money, carpets were dirty, hotel is old and had worn out feel

Nice place for an overnight stay when traveling by car. Very comfortable, nice SPA, fitness room. Very friendly staff.

Restaurant is solely meat focused. Remote location surrounded by high-traffic roads. It’s a car driver’s choice.

I did not see anywhere that hotel’s guests do not have priority to stay by the pool as beds are reserved from outside.. we were very disappointed. Staff did not perform well in the situation. When we asked for later check out we had to pay for each person just to stay by the pool, as we had late flight. You should respect your guests better. Very noisy as well.

The room was goed, clean with a nice shower . The bed was very hard for me. The wellness was good but small.

The breakfast was very simple . Also they on Sunday they had a “special dinner” for 30 euros pp. it was next the pool with a nice DJ, but the food was not good at all, a big disappointment.

We had a wonderfull experience.The hotel is very nice designed big room has spa and swimming pool very good breakfest.Everithing whas really "wow" !We enjoy alot.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I never had such a good experience at a Best Western and I was surprised by the quality of the staff both from the hotel and the spa.

Everything was perfect . The restaurant inside the hotel (Eat meet) was spectacular. ( Special thanks to all the guys and girls working there specially Miss Yara ). The spa was good .

Unfortunately Most of the rooms doesn't have soundproof .

The staff are extremely accomodating and it was overall a comfortable peaceful stay in terms of the experience. You feel well taken-cared of and restful there.

The beds and pillows were quite stiff and honestly could be softer to compliment the comfort of the facility and relaxing view. The rooms could also use more flair in the decor

Walls a little thin, could hear neighbors phone alarm going off and it woke me.

Excellent service and very kind personnel overall. Very nice spa with both sauna and turkish bath, with a nice indoor pool. There was an outside pool as well but it was out of season so could not be used. The breakfast was of high quality. Parking is for free and behind the room so you could enter from the terrace as well.

The card system for the bathrobes is a bit complicated but staff made it easier for us :)

Hotel Horizon is set in a lovely location and the room we had was comfortable, clean and spacious.

The hotel have an incredible reputation for its menu of meat. I was however very disappointed that no consideration was made for none meet eaters or those with a limited interest in eating meat. Not even a chicken dish.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh with a good choice of food and drinks. The wellness center was superb! The staff were polite, helpful and made our stay very enjoyable (thank you so much Ylenia for all your kind help!!) we shall definitely return!

It all starts at the reception desk and young gentlemen behind the desk was fast and professional … 10 points to the receptionist. Hotel has several free parking places and 1 floor quests can park their car in front of the room. Building itself is nice and modern, rooms are quiet and there is exeptional wifi coverage. Rooms are heated and air conditioned and system works almost silently. Beds are huge and comfy, with variety of pillows. Downstairs you will find lovely spa facility which by surprise was also included in room price. This hotel also has restaurant in house. I am picky about hotels, but this plase was such a pleasant surprise for me.
