Great position, very central in Varese. Very comfortable and clean room.

The location is perfect. Close to shopping and adorable piazzas as well as some amazing restaurants and gelaterias.

The shower was a little bit narrow

All was in order barring a complete mess with regards to communication or even assisting when departing. The people manning the front of house and or interacting with public should be well ahead of the fake and not allow guests to find themselves in a situation that is costly. We were left stranded without a care in the world from the Hotel front desk not even attempting to assist basically oh well walk to a train station 2 km’s away in absolute drenching rain and in reality miss your flight. It was ridiculous as we had to run through the streets of Varese in pouring rain and as the bill was paid who cares was the overall attitude. As you are the hotel you should be in touch with what’s going on and not let people sit waiting for a taxi knowing the roads are closed or even offer to assist in anyway at all. Communication is key and always have your finger on the pulse of your establishment and happenings.

Many good things, location and overall decent from many incl kitchen, cleaners, and those at the coal face however others not so much.

Bed was very old and not the most comfortable. Sadly I think it needs renovating. Lots of stairs if you have a mobility issue.

Great staff, super friendly welcome and also super cute staff at breakfast. Breakfast itself was really good, especially for Italian terms. Super nice bathroom with big shower. The room itself was small but it was all we needed. Comfy bed!

Small room, a little dark.

The location is perfect, staff are nice. It was very clean, the size of the bed was great. The room was fairly big and had a view onto the square. It was my second stay and I would chose the hotel again.

The windows on floor 4 (room 52) were strangely small, it wasn't super cozy. Lights were unpractical.

The location is great and it is nice that there is a parking lot if you get there early enough. Everything is walkable in this zone and this hotel puts you right in the middle of the action, so that is a plus for travelers.

The room was very small and the pictures did not accurately portray the accommodation, in my opinion. It seemed a bit smaller and "no frills" than the advertisement made it seem on booking.com and as such I was surprised upon arrival by this room that felt a bit more like a hostel room.

Location, helpful staff, nice bathroom, high ceilings, big windows, clean, comfortable beds, allows dogs, has an elevator. It’s well-maintained without being super fancy. And it’s so well-located that you can easily come and go throughout the day in between shopping, dining, and sightseeing.

Because it’s so central and an historic building, the noise from the other guests and the street was sometimes bothersome. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper like I am.
