Pros +
- Clean and nice room
- Location, reception and room service staff, hotel design
- Well equipped gym and have an outdoor pool, but the A/C of the gym out of order while the pool is closed (may be only open in Summer). The hotel is new and has laundry facilities.
Cons -
- Nothing special except breakfast is quite busy
- Room’s smell
- I ask receptionists to open 1 of 4 locked doors between gym and pool for fresh air as the A/C of the gym is not functioning. All eventually say not possible, even though the first one says she may explore. Really cannot understand why, is the door the gate to hell? Also, the hotel is really far from train station.

It would be difficult to say “what” in particular, “we did like” to address your question and to begin with. For, everything we discovered and experienced in this hotel has been above average qualitatively, based on our experience of two vacation trips a year, essentially in Italy and in the United States of America, knowing we live in Switzerland.See the other comments, which each emphasize one or several positive points, characteristics and other features; with a tiny minority of negative points we failed to see or experience, remarkably. But, we acknowledge we didn't thoroughly inspect our bedroom to see whether, actually, we missed to spot a bit of dust somewhere. What else could we possibly say that could be useful to you if you plan to try your luck with this hotel? The building and its architectural style are pleasant, quiet, calm, modern and spotless; our bedroom and its balcony the more so. The staff is always pleasant to interact with: never too formal; rather friendly, which we much appreciated. The quality of service is flawless.Usually, we, like many, give a notation of 9 on 10 when we are very happy, in case we find even “better than perfect” some day. Finally, we found it with this hotel; to which, yes, we give 1 point more to reach this 10 on 10 because… of its price/quality ratio, toward the end of July furthermore! Indeed, we know from long experience that we'll have a hard time finding elsewhere the same quality for the same price.
Nothing, really; everything was not only great, but outstanding. This is now the best hotel we ever experienced so far.
The staff was very polite. The room was big, new, spotless clean, and had a very nice balcony with view of the backyard. Breakfast had a large selection of both sweet and salty. I really enjoyed my stay there.
I liked how the hotel in general. The hotel has great facilities and the breakfast variety surprised me!
I didn’t like the cleanliness. I’m the kind of person that don’t like to complain. First, because I already worked as a housekeeper, and secondly, because I was traveling for a short period of time. Still, I really gotta learn to immediately complain! At the check-out, I mentioned about the issues for a next time, and they explained to me, that the hotel has an outsourcing company which does the cleaning. Still, even though an outsourcing company cleans the hotel, they must have an executive housekeeper to control the rooms and give them properly inspected to the reception.
It was clean and spacious
The food wasn’t good
good breakfast... group dinner was not great.
the food had little taste... and dry
The location was close enough to Milan. The facilities were very clean and the food was great.
I didn't find anything I don't like.
they have space full room and swimming pool which you can use together with fitness.
everything was fine
Clean room, very good breakfast
Couldn't use the outside pool. Even though it was said that it's open until the end of September.
Great breakfast, nice desserts. Lindt chocolate was gone by the time we saw it :D but we tried another chocolate which was also good. You could fill your croissant with it. Good tea selection. The personnel is smiley and welcoming. There are desks for work in the big spacious hall. The room has big balcony with table and chairs. Elevator was always there, no need to wait for it. Big parking. We would come back.
Breakfast excellent variety
Rooms dated bathrooms
Comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from and the space was enough for all guests not to rush and eat fast. The swimming pool was smaller than expected, but it was enough and not overcrowded. The room was quite big, with balcony and a tea set, mini fridge, smart tv.
The hotel is quite far from the center and apart from the hotel's restaurant it is tiring to reach a supermarket or other restaurant, especially during summer.
Everything was perfect. The hotel and the room exceeded our expectations. The staff in particular were super nice and everyone always had a smile for us. Breakfast was tasty and with good variety. Good parking. Very nice bathroom with a good shower and relaxing tub. Room was ample and super clean. Big bed. Nice decor. We talked with the cleaning staff which were also really nice and made us feel welcomed. You could see they were quite through when you came back later at night. We had a studio and had everything we needed for cooking. It was actually difficult to leave, haha. We were so comfortable here. Would definitely stay again.
The hotel is very spacious and very well organized. The restaurant was amazing. The food was incredible. Also, the gym and pool are were above expectations. The room was super modern and comfortable. The parking was free, another huge plus.
Spacious rooms, good breakfast, easy parking, ok pool. Comfortable and big bathrooms.
The worst is the location. - We knew that is was a bit from Varese city centre, but it was not possible to get a taxi (not for lack of the nice guy in the reception trying!), so we had to walk half an hour - each way. Not very clean, especially under sofabed and carpets on bedroom. Smell of old cigarettes also in non-smoking rooms. Gym was useless as there either was no Airconditioning or they just did not want to turn the AC on? Only one treadmill, always occupied.
Good facilities, comfortable , helpful staff
Very kind personal! All in all a very good price performance ratio.Very wide breakfast selection.
Cleaning could have been a bit better (bed) but all in all satisfactory.
The room was spacious and well maintained. The gym was well equipped and had modern gym equipment.
The staff were rude, obnoxious and unfriendly (both in person and over the phone when asking or assistance - parasitic environment), very unwelcoming. There is just one outside pool for the entire hotel without any other type of wellness facilities available. The outside pool is overcrowded in summer and simply not an option for quiet relaxation. The hotel has enough free floor space to install a sauna, steam bath or even a jacuzzi for a real 4 star effect hotel but chooses otherwise.
