Clean and in a good location. Staff was friendly

It was very noisy. Other guests were loud into the night and the sound carries. Also woken up early in the morning. Room was a bit dark and there not outlets suitable or numerous enough for a computer

Very good hotel for the money I spent. The room is quite comfortable. Reception accepted delivery from online shop for me - very kind. Good breakfast included. Situated perfectly - In the very centre

The only little minus - a big mirror on the wall behind the table: it was inconvenient to work on laptop with my face in that mirror. But that's too small to be a real problem

Staff was really nice and accommodating for our family. It had charm.

It was very dated. Didn't have plugs for our devices to charge. Happy we were only there for the night otherwise we would have had to buy adapters for our EU plugs. Although location had paid parking, it was not the best area for parking but we managed.

Friendly staff, I was able to store my bicycle in a secure location during my stay.

Nice staff, clean place, comfortable and good value for money

Decent hotel, very central in Varese. It is a bit old, but functional. The room could use a good deep clean, but on surface level the cleaning is ok. There were some small things that we fixed ourselves in the room, in example a clogged sink and the shower drain did not function perfect at first. Decent enough hotel. Good beds and gets very dark with the blinds down, so we slept well.

The bed was very comfortable with soft linens, and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in easy. The location is perfect for nightlife, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a great stay!

The fridge in my room wasn’t working, which was inconvenient. The hotel could use a small refresh, as some areas feel a bit outdated. However, the stay was still comfortable overall.

The staff is very helpful. She finds information of the transportation for me and even tries to find a room for my early check in.Breakfast comes in great variety.

Pillows really bad. Bathroom had a leak in the showerhead that sprayed the whole bathroom. Breakfast was just bad. Frozen briose, cold eggs and bacon But the coffee was pretty good.

The location is good. Close to the city center, restaurants and stores. The room was very clean. White beddimg clothes.

The hotel is old, so the bathroom fixtures are also quite worn in appearance, the furniture is old (although everything works and there is no bad smell) but I understand that the current management has been in place for about 4 years, and they should probably be making the replacements slowly.

The bathroom toilet kept dripping water and making noise all night, the mattress was uncomfortable, and felt a bit old and moldy.

Great value for its location and facilities, I recommend for short stay. Breakfast good.

The equipment felt dated and one would expect more for a four star hotel. The breakfast wasn't the best.

Customers at the bar in the same building are noisy on the terrace outside until about 3 AM every night.
