Pros +
- 24h people at reception. The staff was doing their utmost to accomodate everyone who arrived last minute due to the closure of the roads leading to the ski stations. They handled the situation very well. There was a bit of wait at the restaurant but very reasonable seeing the situation.
Cons -
- We asked for twin rooms but their accessible rooms are only a double bed.. the bathroom had a bath not suitable for someone in a wheelchair. The beds are not comfortable. The property is tired and in need of refurbishment.
- The bathrooms are a little old and very small. Standing inside with two people was difficult as the door takes up most of the free space in the bathroom.
