This hotel has a perfect location, a friendly staff, a delicious breakfast, and super comfortable rooms with amazing AC!

Beautiful and confabulation room, great and modern bathroom, perfect location.

All members of the staff that we had contact with were not friendly at all.

Allobroges Park Hôtel is in a wonderful location to explore Annecy. Close to all the wonderful sights, shopping and restaurants. It has a wonderful French provincial charm about it. We stayed in the Privilege Double Room and really enjoyed the extra space and lounge area. The room was very stylish and well appointed. The bathroom same. Bed super comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the parking was very convenient. I have stayed in Annecy many times and this was by far the most enjoyable stay to date. I would definitely recommend.

Really close to the train station and a short walk from the old town.

On the day I checked out, I didn't find the receptionist terribly helpful but it wasnt a big deal, just a shame.

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It was an extremely easy walk from the train station, yet so close to the old town. We loved it. Really enjoyed the afternoon coffee facility also.

It was a little difficult to find by car but we were advised of this by the hotel before arrival which was a great help.

Finding the hotel to park the car was really tricky.

The hotel never told us in advance that the sat nav doesn’t work for the hotel’s location currently. We simply could not find the hotel so parked up elsewhere and walked to the hotel. Reception then told us to use a different address for the satnav. Great! No apology.

Room was very small. On two sides it was about a foot from the wall.The worst part was the room location. Just up the first floor of stairs above reception. Lots of noise from the lobby and people going up the stairs. The coffee bar that was supposed to run from 1pm to 9pm on the stairs just a half floor below the 1st floor (and therefore, our room) is very loud and the front desk did not shut it down at 9pm...twice we had to ask them to shut it down so we could get some peace and quiet.

Excellent location, 10mins walk to old town. Staff were wonderful, assisted with directions and questions we had. Room appeared recently renovated and was very clean/comfortable. We didn't have breakfast therefore can't comment. Reliable WIFI. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel

Lovely newly refurbished hotel. Great location. No fridge or coffee facilities in the room but free coffee station available 1pm - 9pm and really good breakfast room. Parking secure and adjacent to hotel.

Very quiet, comfortable, a short walk from the train station (but no train noise) and on the edge of Annecy old town, so everything within walking distance. The free coffee and tea, with snacks, from 1pm to 9pm very appreciated after walks around the town.

No fan in the bathroom, and no plug for the bathroom sink.

Room too small, staff not friendly, google address is wrong and staff don’t bother too much to explain or to correct the map in google and you get lost for good time before arrival.

Location is great, the rooms are small but cosy. Bed quite comfy. Not noisy at all even though just behind the train station. Difficult to regulate temperature in the room though, the heaters don’t have a thermostat. Breakfast was fantastic! Very friendly and efficient staff.

Although the room and bathroom were very clean the shower curtain was not (pink mold bacteria). Needs to be washed more often. No water bottles in the room, but i guess it’s becoming a standard. There is a tea and coffee station with snacks but unfortunately only with limited access from 1 pm to 9 pm, outside the room on the stair landing close to the reception desk. A water fountain would be nice, tap water doesn’t taste so great.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a pleasure to relax after a long day. The location is another big advantage, perfectly situated and convenient for getting around and exploring the area.The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. An added bonus was the parking option, which was easy and secure

The breakfast was quite disappointing. The selection was very limited, with only hard-boiled eggs available and no vegetables offered at all. great cheese options

Owner was extremely gracious and hospitable.

A little off the highway in a town with little else to offer.
