- Huge Bedroom, outdoor pool, fantastic location, amazing views, friendly service
- The location, the staff's friendliness, the breakfast brought to the room in a timely manner
Cons -
- The bathroom had a few hairs in it when I checked in but otherwise clean
- shouldn't have to pay 20 euros per hour for the Spa when staying at the hotel.Lack of choice for lunch menu
- The size of the room (smaller than expected), a hot tub was depicted in the pictures but was not the one in the room, the room service options (too little options), the car park to pay

Looks like a chocolate box
Tv broken, build up of hair in shower meant it was blocked, staff were not very friendly when we checked in. Not good enough for a four star hotel
We stayed in one of the villas and absolutely loved it. The Christmas tree was a very nice touch. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was also very helpful when we needed a couple of extra things. The villa was very well stocked with coffee and a variety of kitchen equipment. We're already planning our next visit, as the villa is a great mix of amenities of a hotel, while having the space of a rental property. It was great for a group of 8 adults.
The only thing to note is that for two nights there was a €3,500 deposit required (guaranteed on a credit card). We found this to be extremely high. It would be good to notify the guest of this before arrival, as it is exceptionally high for European hotels.
Not much
Over priced, unclean rooms which were dusty, tired rooms and hallways. They charged for everything...even to use basic spa facilities there was a charge. Breakfast was over priced for what it was. Their limited breakfast was EUR25 vs EUR33 at The Palace Hotel restaurant. It is very overpriced for what it is.
Excellent standard luxurious surroundings but the first room which we were allocated was small with nowhere to put away our belongings ,no shelving anywhere hardly any space to hang a coat. The only alternative which was offered was a much bigger room at 30 euros extra per night per person .. A much more expensive 4 day stay which we did not expect ,and no commercial gesture as it could have been expected .
The stunning location, the bar, the spa. The views! The flexibility!
The hotel is in a quiet location away from the centre. It has a wonderful view over the lake. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Luis on reception was very professional and helpful. There was plenty of available free parking on the road just outside the hotel at this time of year. Our room was small and rather dark. The shower worked well and the bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately the wonderful dining room with stunning views is not used when the hotel is less busy. Guests are not even allowed in there when it's a rainy day and the outside terrace cannot be used. The small guest lounge nearby is very dark. The spa pool is small and it's €20 per hour.We thought of staying for breakfast, even though €25 seemed very expensive, but the rude behaviour of one waitress meant we went elsewhere.
We liked the location, it's above the lake with views, it's a short walk into the old town albeit a steep walk back.
A lot. The room was tiny, and I maintain it is far from the size stated on Booking.com. The bathroom is from another age, having to step into a bath and use a shower curtain (!) to take a shower. The main restaurant is very expensive, for the other restaurant offered one set meal only with no choice, and at a higher price than stated on the menu. Parking is 90 cents an hour, which explained why the car park was nearly empty and the road outside full. But the room was the major problem. It is simply not fit for the price nor the type of establishment. We were on a 2.5 week driving tour, this was easily the smallest and least comfortable room we had, and not at the size stated on Booking.com. We were so put off by the whole experience that we didn't spend any time in the hotel nor spend any money there, we cannot comment on the spa etc. A great shame, we visited this hotel many years ago and had looked forward to another enjoyable experience. Not to be.
Staff were very very attentive. Pleasant, professional but personal.
Bathrooms were a bit too small. Well, bath was far too small. Shower wasn't a shower by design and so it made it impossible to keep water off the floor
The view of Lake Annecy from the resort is truly breathtaking. The resort has an amazing restaurant where the service is outstanding. We even met someone from Mauritius (our home country :)) and he was just great!
Truly wish the room was a tad wider. :)
Great view of the lake, fantastic en-suite and room
Steep walk into town
Decor inside was complimentary of the area, very spacious rooms, I proposed in my room, she said yes!! Perfect view of the lake and mountains
Location
Rude unhelpful staffPoor room service menu
Comfortable bed and stunning view
Bathroom is dated
The views of Lake Geneva are fabulous. The staff are very friendly( a big shout out to Luis on reception)The pool was lovely tooElectric bikes are brilliant
It would have been nice to have a mattress on the sunlounger, around the pool. The breakfast was really expensive. To make your stay better you need to rent the electric bikes. The steep climb from the lake to the hotel is manageable, but in the heat was not that pleasant.
Pool and leisure facilities are good.
Room was dirty and small, complained and did not get a housekeeping visit twice during our stay. Housekeeping told me to seek cups from the bar and when I complained to reception they basically didn’t care, they changed the curtains which we did not mention and did not clean the room which was poor, couldn’t hang upDresses wardrobe not full height. Staff did nothing to make you feel welcome, I had stayed before and it was such a disappointment that we did not enjoy our stay!
Nice views of the lake and staff were friendly.
The add ons really do add up with breakfast and parking and spa. If you add parking, spa access and breakfast on, it increases the overall cost by quite a sum. We were also told a different price of the parking to what it was and found out it was actually double which was a shame to find out we were given wrong info which cost us. Only other minor thing is rooms are quite small.
Les Tresoms is set in a great location with wonderful views of Lake Annecy. This is a lovey hotel with very welcoming, professional and helpful staff. Great breakfast choice and quality. The view of the Bastille Day firework display was exceptional.
I simply did not understand the value proposition of this hotel. Examples -16 euros for an Aperol spritz and very ordinary at that. 25 Euros per night for our small dog - more than double any other hotel we have stayed at in France or Italy. Parking charges on their own site. 12 Euros for a beer. Bedroom quite small - ok for an overnight stay but too small for an extended stay. Overall we were not impressed.
