Clean, comfortable mattress, nice duvet and pillows, delicious breakfast

It was quite cold in the room when we arrived, and it took a while for the heating system to make a difference

The hotel has an excellent location.I was surprised by the free tea, coffee and juice at the lobby for all guests.Tasty and good breakfast.

Great value for money, good location, late checkout during weekends (noon) and the breakfast was also enjoyable

Breakfast is quite great and lengthy. Room is spacious, though cold wood floor, but there was also a nice great balcony.

Bathroom was dirty, towels full of hair. They cleaned, changed and apologied, but not the best first impression.

Hotel was exactly what we wanted/expected. Good size rooms - plenty of hot water, Good wifi. Beds were ok - not uncomfortable. We booked parking for the motorbike which was easy enough once we had instructions of how to get in and out. Staff were friendly. Waling distance to everything you would want to see in Annecy. Booking has asked me a question about the safety of the area surrounding the hotel - I felt very safe and did not see any issues. I think it's a weird question. Balcony was good size and had comfy chair.

Location 16 minutes walking from train station , 10 minutes walking to old town.Breakfast was ok , you had all the necessary basics.Stuff there were very nice and friendly.

cleanliness of the room, bed sheets and pillows, there was lots of stanes that made us uncomfortable.if something shower gel or toilette paper has been used they will not refill automatically , you have to ask.

Breakfast is supposed to start at 6 am on weekdays but was only partially laid out till 7 am.

Good secure underground parking, but spaces very tight for a medium-large car (Opel Insignia). SUV would struggle to fit

I liked that eveything was thought over. Lobby area was very convenient for us family members to sit in the evenings, there are free coffee tea facilities. The breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to staff, very attentive girls at breakfast area ♡

Honestly I lijed everything

The staff was super friendly and the location was great - just around the river and in good walking distance to the center.

No shampoo/gel in shower - totally empty, so hadn't been refilled for a while. Dusty bathroom. Stain on duvet. Wouldn't let us keep the car in the garage an extra hour.

Everything was wonderful, location, staff, hotel, breakfast

10 minute walk from main train station, 10 minute walk to old town, 20 minute walk to lake. Breakfast had a reasonable choice of cereal, fruit, pastries, meat & cheeses

Rooms were tired and in need of decoration. Safe did not work on the room and 3 of the 4 light bulbs in the bathroom were all out, but these were fixed very efficiently once they were reported. The walk in the day time along the river to the old town and lake was really pretty but during the evening it did not feel as safe to use so we walked through the main streets.

The price charged was too high for the space or service provided. Serving staff were ok but the desk staff were inefficient and rude.

The cleaning was awful. Our bed had single bedsheet on double bed not tucked in on the side. Bathroom had just single light. All other were not working. No bath mat.

The staff at reception for check-in was rather poor and took us more than 25 min to check in . Also one of the staff manning reception in the night was most rude in pointing out to us not to take the glass upstairs for water . This was especially hurtful as we had news of a family bereavement 1 hour prior to this and could have done without the behaviour which was not warranted .

Spacious room with block out blinds and good breakfast

Shower head was not fixed to the wall, which made showering very messy and difficult. Pillows were lumpy/flat. Floors weren’t cleaned very well so feet would pick up lots of dirt going from shower to bed.
