Great location with fun (although slightly dated) interiors.

We did not see any staff until check out. The double bed was 2 single beds pushed together that did not stay together.

Lovely old mansion, eclectic design, the night we stayed there was live music in the courtyard. Air conditioning is always a plus in France.

The Wi-fi was terrible.

Small hotel in ideal location just above the lake tour-boat dock on the edge of old town. Public car park just down the alley. Manager (owner?) was gracious to accommodate us for an extended stay, though at full rate. Tip: Do not pay 35€ for 'all day' public parking. instead, pay for all except the last hour - then go back in the evening and pay for a few ore hours - as parking 'rolls over' to the next day at a much lower rate.

We should have read the reservation listing more carefully, as breakfast was mentioned, but was NOT included. Surprised by bill at the end, but breakfast was good, and I can't say I wasn't warned. Always review listings carefully before reserving! Hot water was out one morning, but quickly repaired.

Location, decor, quiet, comfortable

Office staff limited hours, inflexible for check in, staff was supposed to arrive at 6:30am for check out, waited until 6:40am and still no one. Some of the room decorations were very dusty.

The room was cute and roomy. Plenty of space. The location was amazing

No staff except for in the breakfast time. It felt more like a big air bnb than a hotel

Room was lovely. Wonderful newly tiled ,exceptionally clean shower . High quality sheets and towels, Nice breakfast and excellent location.

Check in was a bit frustrating as office was closed when we arrived and host switched from messaging via email to what’s app so we did not see check in instructions.

Comfortable room, fun vibe, and great location for Old Town Annecy. 5 minutes walking distance to the public beach. Staff were accommodating and friendly, accommodating English speakers. The hotel offers bike rentals, which was a fantastic way to see the city. During our stay, they had a music event with food that was a fun surprise! They also had options to purchase coffee in the morning without needing to purchase the entire breakfast, which was a plus. The bar in the evenings was also open with various drink options.

The building is very old, and the floor was very noisy when walking. We felt like we had to tiptoe around not to make a ton of noise! Could use some hooks in the bathroom for towels, etc.

Easy communication with staff. The room had lots of character. Air conditioning was very much appreciated in the extreme heat. They arranged for us to rent two electric bikes and took care of everything. We were thrilled.

This was a truly great place to stay in Annecy. The location is perfect, the room was very comfortable-great a/c!!! There was a lovely garden patio to enjoy breakfast and morning coffee, and the staff was so lovely and helpful. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect!

The location is hard to beat. A charming house so close to the lake and a stone's throw from the old town. The property itself is very charming. Trendy and fresh decor, lovely staff, spacious cute room. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on that but we were happy with everything.

Located very close to the historical center of Annecy. Design of the rooms and the interiors of the house in general very beautiful and personal.

Some noise from outside during the night

Told reception was open until 5, however no one there at 4:30. Took about 30 minutes to get message re code for self checkin. Other than this, it was a great place to stay!

Easy check-in and check-out. Good located. Welcoming staff. Very nice rooms, however, may get hot in summer. May get loud due proximity towards old town if window open

Excellent location: close to lake and in the old town. Quiet.

Good location altough we were a little nervous leaving the car in the public car park it was fine! Great location with a short walk to the restaurants, shops, bike hire and lake. Decent size bed and room shower room lovely and cute deco.

Although there were cups, a kettle and sachet teas/coffees available downstairs on arrival (self-service) there was no milk so not being able to have an English tea or white coffee on arrival, or a kettle for use in our room, was a bit of a nuisance.

Beautiful design and clean rooms. Great location and lovely staff.

Room (and the rest of the hotel) was very cute. Breakfast was nice though not cheap. The comté at breakfast was amazing.

They stole my hat!

Really dissapointing experience where they took my hat from the kitchen, then proceeded to try and charge me 40 euro to post it back to me.They also charged 20 euro for breakfast and I had a bowl of cereal. Rip off

Location is perfect. Right next to the old town. Public parking a few steps away.
