Location is excellent. Rooms are clean, though bit small. Staff was quite helpful.

The staff and the confort of the room! Everything was deeply clean! Free parking in front of the hotel.

A bit far away from the old Annecy 20 min walk.

Very comfortable & clean rooms. Property close to Lake Annecy so lovely to walk past everyday when going exploring.

Nice location

A very small room with a low roof (attic room) where I could not stand up straight on my side of the bed. Also, no place to sit besides in bed. For the price I paid, I expected something better. I probably should have asked for a change of rooms, but the receptionist was stressed / not very eager to help out upon our arrival so I didn’t , which I regret.

Great indoor and outdoor dining areas. Breakfast buffet is limited but high quality and dinner on the small terrace was a delight. Our (accessible) room was large and comfortable.

Limited pre-bookable parking on site and on arrival we had to park more than 1km away as it was a busy evening at the lake. Our car was damaged in the car park across the road :(It's also a fair walk to the old town, though a very pleasant one.

The location is amazing. The bed was very large (much bigger than a double) with a really comfy mattress. Shower was powerful and always hot. Staff very friendly.

The room pretty much always smelled of smoke. I'm guessing they have smoking rooms (of which ours was not one of them) and due to the aircon the smoke gets moved around to non-smoking rooms too. A shame.

Returning guests superb stay yet again.Lovely room very clean and comfortable.

There wasn't anything not to like we will definitely return.

The location is probably the best thing. You're right there at the lake and a short 15 min walk to the old town. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, the bathroom is much bigger than what we were used to seeing in france so it was a nice surprise.

We booked to have breakfast in the room and were told on arrival not possible which was disappointing. Also came back from a walk to find room door propped open and no-one there, the cleaners were all chatting at reception but our belongings could have been stolen very easily.

Parking was limited, but that was only a minor problem as we were able to book a space in advance

Nice position near water and shops. Cheerful staff.

Not good value I think. Floor where rooms are are painted with room numbers in chalk, that gives a sleazy presentation.

Good location, 1 minute to lake, 10 minutes to downtown. Clean, nice staff.

Very nice clean room , Good breakfast selection, Staff pleasant.

Paid for car parking which was okay but not really secure. Restaurant was closed on first night which was a little disappointing and unexpected , however restaurants nearby . Lift was very small only room for 2 people plus luggage.

Not far from town centre, 15 minute beautiful walk by the lake. Great parking if you paid. Staff very friendly. Room lovely. A heated towel rail was a bonus after we got soaked in a thunderstorm.

The carpet in the room was very badly stained but otherwise was a great room.
