Very nice accommodation with access to hotel facilities including fitness/spa. Enjoyed having the robes and slippers in the room.

A little tricky to find the room.

We loved the view, the kindness of the staff their availability and how thoughtful they were. The wellness centre facilities were great and my girlfriend adored her massage.

We stayed for just one night so we didn't really have time to use all the facilities. The location is great, 2 mins from the "Belvedere" funicular stop to Madonna del Sasso, 10(or less) mons from the old town and the lake. The staff is super friendly and we got some really nice recommendations on what to visit :)

Nice and clean. Lovely garden with good sauna.

The bedroom and facilities were luxurious and pampering. The bed was one of the most comfortable stays we've had.

We struggled to find the location only to realise the check in was via the Belvedere reception. (We missed the message from the host) The location and address could have been better indicated for first-time visitors

Breakfast was good. Totally worth the money considering Swiss prices. Friendly personnel. Good wellness area.

The staff was very friendly, caring and welcoming.

For the price I payed I was expecting a better standard. The room I got was small, had a window looking at a wall. I am actually quite thin and could barely fit in the shower. The tubes from the toilet would sometimes smell and if you were not careful to close everything flood with the smell the room. At the breakfast corner was at times hard finding the plates and not much variety. The wood on the finish sauna would need a change, feels old and consumed.

The cost of breakfast is excessive for what you get (30CHF/person/day)Guests pay for daily garage parking. The garage was full on the second day so we had to park in the outdoor parking but were still charged.

Everyone was very nice and the hotel was 10-15 min walking from the lake. We also enjoyed the sauna.

We didn’t have view from our room and the fitness room was very poorly equipped, most of the stuff has seen better days.

It exceeded our expectations. It was very upscale and we were expecting basic.
