Hotel Millennium

The location -- across the street from the boat landing and a short walk from the train station -- is great. We were provided with the Ticino card for free public transport and local discounts, much appreciated. Breakfast was very good. The rooms are named after jazz legends, a nice touch. Our room was well equipped, with a safe and a minibar. The room floor was not carpeted, as we prefer. The tv was not truly smart but had an easily accessible hdmi port.

Our room was rather small.

The location was amazing! Steps from the train station and the lake, and closeby to tons of restaurants and activities. The staff were super kind and helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

Amazing view from Penthouse suite, Lake is beautiful day or night from balcony. Fully furnished with couches for lounging, comfy beds, spotless kitchen and bathrooms, lots of reading material with great breakfast included!

We couldn't cook in the fully furnished kitchen as the sign on oven stated so we only used microwave and coffee maker.

Great location, Just in front of the lake

Lack of amenities. It strikes me that at this price point they could provide decent shampoo that does not double as body wash and conditioner.

Best thing about the hotel is the central location, 5 min away from the train station, bus stop right in front of the hotel with great connections to Ascona, Valle Verzasca, ... Breakfast was rich, with plenty of options, fresh fruits, eggs, ...Very friendly and helpful staff AC available

André, Andrea and the staff were very personable and professional. They truly made our stay feel like a home away from home.

Would be nice to have a small ironing board and iron in the room.

Traveling with a group of 4 or more is a problem when you want to have breakfast together. Breakfast room very small. Shower stall very small,

Our room was lovely, with a nice balcony facing the lake. The room was quiet and comfortable, with nice amenities. The breakfast was especially good and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
