Comfortable beds, great breakfast, two bathrooms, AC that works! TV with English channels, great view balcony, bikes available, super helpful staff!

We thought it was great, and we¿re sorry to leave!

Ideally situated near the station and very close to the city center of Locarno.View on the lake and orientation makes it a pleasant experience.Staff at the reception or in the restaurant were very friendly.

The location was excellent. The room was very quiet on the lakeside. The train station is just a 2 minute walk and we were able to park our car securely during our stay. The breakfast was very nice with your standard breakfast items,all fresh and nicely presented.

The room was a bit too small, but had a large balcony.

Rooms are very comfortable and modern with an open/airy feelings. Great views of the lake that within a 5 minute walk. The younger receptionist was very lovely, helpful and professional. She was friendly and was quick to complete tasks or troubleshoot problems leaving a great impression of the hotel.

Excellent staff, helped us in every possible way and made sure. Tania was very professional and caring.

Iit’s very clean in this hotel and just from of the lake everybody is a friendly in this hotel next time I will stay in the same hotel

Best location near the lake. Hotel with balcony overlooking the lake.

No parking on site. I parked at autosilo about 4 blocks from the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great for exploring the city. Rooms were clean but sparsely furnished; it felt like a college dorm room. Breakfast was included. The only hot items were boiled eggs, but all the items were kept fully stocked throughout the open breakfast time and were fresh and delicious. We had a balcony room with a nice view of the lake. The breakfast room also was pleasant and overlooked the lake.

Off site parking ( for a fee) was difficult for us to locate; we ended up parking somewhere else for a similar price. Wifi needs to be manually reconnected every day.

Amazing location, breakfast included and breathtaking view of the lake and mountains.

Central location just right by the lake and the station. Small but clean, modern and comfortable room. I even had a tiny balcony with a lake view! Very good value for money and a great place to stay.

breakfast was disappointing. expected more. not even able to order fried eggs. bread selection was also not tasty/fresh feeling. our room, the bed was super squeaky.. didn't like that. was hard to move without making noise. afternooon/evening staff in reception was not so nice.

Rooms were small, there was no dedicated parking, there was only one pillow and there was no restaurant for dinner.

There was air conditioner above the second bed in family room. We were afraid to put there our child.
