The location is good, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok.

We stayed in a double room with a shared bathroom on the top floor of the hotel. The elevator only goes to the floor below, so you still have to use the stairs to access it. There was one toilet and one shower room for all guests on the floor, which we found unpleasant as there were several rooms and there was always a waiting line. The toilet smelled bad, so I believe it is only cleaned once a day.

I made a reservation for a room for my family seven months in advance, and I have a lot of experience in hotel reservations, we usually go there several times a year. And we got a room without a toilet and without a shower in the room. They told me everything is written in the small print and I think it is a shame and disgrace to give a room without the basic things like a toilet and a shower. Yes, they moved me after two nights, of course at an additional cost. It is a shame in my opinion.

This Place is very charming, the staff is very welcoming and warm. The manager/owner loves this place and it shows. Our room was very clean and had a nice view over the lake. The location is great, just a couple of minutes from the lake. I really enjoyed the coffee, it was good quality, same as the breakfast, the honey was delicious. It would be helpful to have some sort of hangers or a chair in the shared shower to place the personal belongings.

Room too small and low-lofted. With so few guests it wouldn't have been a big sacrifice for the management to upgrade the booking to a better room.

The communication with the staff is excellent they are all responsive at all times, the location is great the view in our room is stunning we enjoyed the breakfast. We recommend this hotel for group of friends of family who wants to have a nice vacation in locarno?

Absolutely nothing.

We had a great time in Locarno. We booked the rooms with the shared bathroom, and even though it's not the same as having your own bathroom, I have to say they were very clean and did not bother us to use them at all. The location is great, there is a bus stop right next to the hotel and you can go to the center and other towns easily. The service was excellent, Everyone was very nice and helpful. And the breakfast was delicious, we enjoyed it every morning :)

The staff were very kind and also very helpful before our stay. The whole team was very hospitable and did their best to help us to feel at home. They also gave us practical and very useful information for travelling around Ticino. The place was very clean and comfortable and the location is very good.

I only found the hairdryer late into our stay. It would have been more convenient to have a hand towel in the shared bathroom and soap in the bathroom in the lobby.

The hotel is in a great location and with wonderful views of the mountains. We really liked the atmosphere in the room and in the hotel. Good service and delicious breakfast.

The only comment: I would like there to be slippers in the room. Since the room was not warm enough for the January weather and the floor was very cold.

The feel of the hotel, very nice & very looked after and clean. On both days the staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with loads of different breads, brioche, tarts, eggs, cereals, meat, cheese etc. Coffee was delicious too.

A few minus: no elevator to our room on the 3rd floor & slanted ceilings were we bumped our heads a few times.

Cant sleep because of the baby,s cry, but it is normal is not failure...that's life. Weve been also was baby...

Our room ist at the side of backyard, but i dont know on the front side of the street, if its loud or noisy?. But the facilities is good nothing to change, is good convenience and is good infrastructure thats nice?

We stayed in one of the rooms in the top floor where you had to share a bathroom and shower, which wasn’t ideal for us is two women travelling alone.

Amazing staff and very good value for money. Close to city center, quiet area, decent parking and very good price.

The floor was squeaking when I walked on it, so that’s disturbance for other guests.
