Pros +

This is the nicest hotel I've stayed at during my visit to Switzerland. It's very close to the train station and center of town. The room I had on the 4th floor had two balconies and was spotless clean. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Outstanding+++

Cons -

I wouldn't change a thing. I'll definitely be returning for a longer stay next time I visit Switzerland. Outstanding breakfast too!
