Surreal. We were the only guests in the whole hotel. Great price! Great location! Breakfast included in stay. Very friendly staff. Pool was not open, but not an issue. We were likely there during the off season. Interesting experience.

- Location is near the Piazza Grande and has access to many places

- In first sight is clean, but when I put my tablet on drawer, I realized it was dirty. In the bathroom the hairdyer is dirty, oily, and hairy.- So noisy. After midnight, croweded with people talking and laughing aloud is so annoying and hard to sleep.- The facilities are like 0 out of 10! There is no plugin in the bathroom and one side of the bed. There is no mini bar, fridge, kettle, etc.- So tiny room.

I like the breakfast, enjoyed it well.

Room was very simple with zero view, just another building wall from the window. It seemed very ordinary room to me. The photos are shown only for advertisement, there is no way you get the same room. Overall, not the room I expected.

Bad windows and cold in sekond room.

The restaurant downstairs is nice and staff was pleasant.We were there just as they were setting up the Christmas market. If you come during that, the hotel is literally steps away from the market.

The location. It was very difficult to find by car due to the one way streets, etc. the notes say to check in before parking the car in order to get the parking pass (which you have to pay for),but there was nowhere to park close. We ended up paying for a street spot and walking to the hotel to check in and get the pass.

Location was great, the staff was friendly. The bathroom was equipped.

There was no air conditioning, so we kept the windows open at night, and this way the street noise was disturbing our sleep.

Very well located with great breakfast and nice staff.

The room we stayed had a low roof-ceiling which caused us heating our heads several times when getting off or going to bed, and we didn’t know it would be like that in advance. But we managed the situation, once we’ve chosen a room for five people.

Only the location was good with this hotel

The bedroom does not look like the pictures at all. We have been put in a ugly building far from the hotel although I specifically booked the hotel. I have asked for another room, they changed us on day 2 to a worse and ugliest room in the hotel. The rooms are old, the bathroom are very old. The overall is depressing. They do not show that on the pictures. The staff was not pleasant at all. Even in the restaurant. They have been disrespectful to us as well as other customers in front of us.

- The location is perfect right at the Piazza Grande - Parking was near by the Hotel, they give me a entrance ticket that i dont have to pay. Ticket was available 1 Day so you can leave the parking during the Day.- The breakfast was the Classic Swiss Breakfast, and the staff was always on point providing more food in the buffet.- Very friendly and helpfull stuff

- old furnitures- one time the parking ticket doesnt work, but the employes from the parking help me and solved the problem.

Breakfast basic, nowhere close to that in hotels in Austia. Neuther coffee was delicious. Location good.

The staff member who received us at reception was very polite, friendly and helpful.

The room was not in the hotel as suggested in pictures, but across the street in an office/residential building. It contained 2 double beds in a huge long room (presumably once an office) and had a locked cupboard with constant buzzing/glitching/electronic sounds coming from it. The beds were extremely soft old mattresses. There was one plug for the whole room.

Everything was perfect, especially considering the price. I was not expecting much but it was really great. Clean, kind and attentive staff, well located, good restaurant and breakfast and good looking overall.

A bit noisy, but it is to be expected considering its location in the center.

Location or heart of Lucerne. Everything is very close and nice views.

Bathroom and toilet was good but in separate room in the corridor but other way, everything was great.

The room was directly adjacent to a narrow street and it was noisy from pedestrians walking by - even at night.A kettle or water would have been nice.

Very loud at 6 am to 7 am due to hearing other guests talking and moving round. Pillows need to be replaced. Totally flattened.

they didn't count with wifi in the location. it was an apartment a few meters from the Hotel and even after mention this at frontdesk was not giving any solution or apology.the room was right next to the street where the recycling bins are, so there was a lot of noisy early morning.

Loved the location, right off the square so able to walk most places. Beds comfortable and all the unit was very clean and warm. Little window opening to the street was very charming. Staff friendly with someone on reception almost all the time. Nice being able to get a meal at the restaurant on the ground floor.

Some of the amenities could do with updating, but good value for money. Parking is on the streets around with payment via euros or one of 2 apps. Coming from overseas, we couldn’t get either apps to work due to not having a local address or phone number and we did not have euros yet. Thankfully, parking is free on a Sunday until 7am on Monday. You can park in parking building a short walk from the hotel. The staff were great at trying to work out the issue with parking. Watch out for low emission zones, ZTLs and no entrance to motor vehicle streets, as google maps will send you to these with no warnings. One of these along the side of the property.

Close to town and station. Clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant and breakfast.
