The location is excellent, walking distance from a lot of things.

Nothing major, maybe the hair dryer could be changed far a newer one

Location is wonderful. Breakfast was lovely, nice selection of the usual Swiss breakfast items. Parking was easier than expected right across from the hotel. Air conditioning was a real bonus! Rooms are not spectacular, but simple, modern, spotless and comfortable.

It would have been nice to have a pool, but the jacuzzis were great.

Room we reserved on booking.com was certainly not what we got - even after we confronted reception- we got a much smaller than the one displayed on the pictures of the travel booking system - that in it self is not honest and we ended up staying in a tiny room with all the suitcases

Breakfast was amazing and the location was really practical being close to town but far enough away to not be caught in the nighttime noise. The view was great from the balcony and the staff particularly attentive and friendly.

The downside was the bathroom. The shower is in an old bathtub and the bathroom overall needs to be upgraded. The soap access in the shower was awkward and the style outdated. I would suggest getting rid of bathtubs and assuming that the space is only sufficient for a shower. The bathroom was very clean.

A very nice staff and a beautiful place with a good breakfast. I higly recommend the hotel.

Beautiful location, excellent service, delicious breakfast, nice spa. I forgot my watch and wedding ring in the room and they sent them by post!

Spa could do with a pool, even if a small one. Currently there are only two jacuzzis.

The room was great although the bathroom was a bit small but overall fantastic room. The entire staff was incredible and nice , I did feel like supper service was a tad rushed but the wait staff was still very pleasant and friendly.

The location and the view from the room was beautiful ? The room was clean and well prepared for my little kids they loved it The hotel had nice massage room and offered us a free shoulder massage which was amazing The staff were really helpful and helped with getting to the attractions Nice restaurants around the hotel

The 'music' volume/type in the lobby. Much too loud and creating a party atmosphere so could not use the lounge/bar/terrace area to relax.

Very nice hotel right at the lake, only a short walk from the trainstation and a lot of restaurants nearby. Staff was very nice and attentive. All the necessities for the baby were provided - we only demanded a cot via booking.com, but also a bathtub, diaper bin and changing mat were prepared. Breakfast buffet was excellent!

Spa area is not very big, but nice. Room was rather small.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choices and everything fresh. The staff was very accommodating, even bringing coffee to the table despite having coffee machines available. The breakfast hours were also convenient. The room had everything we needed—clean, spacious, and comfortable. The spa was fantastic, very relaxing, and open during convenient hours. On our last day, we wanted to visit the spa earlier, and they kindly arranged it for us. The location was excellent, and since we visited at the end of September, it wasn’t too crowded. Overall, a very nice experience.

The hotel is situated right on the lake shore. Every morning, we jumped straight into the water for a refreshing wake-up swim. The breakfast was superb. Our room had a balcony with view on the lake which made our stay really pleasant.

We've been given a very small room.

Allocated low level rooms which were in need of refurbishment.
