Great value for the price, awesome team at the reception, free parking, nice pool and garden.
The garage is too narrow, but outside are enough free parking slots available
Very good hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay - it was clean, had a comfy bed, very good breakfast, at
the pool is quite nice; the hotel had booked us a parking place for free in the garage and also gave us a free welcome drink. The person at the reception spoke some french and was very helpful.
The room was a bit small with little space to open two pieces of luggage and only one holder. I also found the bath towels too small.
very comfortable, clean, fast internet, and I have to give special praise to the staff, which is rare nowadays. care and warm welcome. because of them we will definitely come back for more days. I love IT!!!!!

Breakfast was very nice and well presented. Location is good, easy access for buses and safe parking for guests. Loved the small attentions in the room.
Nothing really.
nice view of the lake, nice outdoor swimming pool, ease to reach Locarno by bus in 7min and Ascona in 20min.
bathroom sink and cabinet need some renovations. narrow parking, breakfast could be of higher quality (eg. omelette)
Very clean room. Good location - close to a bus station and supermarket. Personal was very friendly and positive. They have great attention to people - make me a surprise for my b-day. Recommend them.

That we had to leave.
Free upgrade, quiet location, excellent breakfast, clean, free parking, beautiful room with lake view and balcony
nice and clean rooms with view onto the lake, large and very good breakfast, exceptional service, location was just perfect as the bus stop is only a few meters from the hotel and locarno is reachable in 10min by bus
We enjoyed our 4 nights stay here. The room was spacious with a nice view at the balcony. Breakfast spread was great and there was smoked salmon served on a Sunday. This property is nearer to Tenero train station which brings you to Lugano, Bellizona and Zurich.
No aircon although they provided a fan which helps.
Friendly staffComfortable bed Pool (enough chairs, pool service)Very good breakfast buffet
