Good location. Good value. Clean. Modern genres good quality except for the sofa bed in the family room

Location is super, 2 minutes from bahnhof and lake. Beds are comfortable and in our family room was small good organized kitchen. Bathroom is very good, shower is perfect. Room is air-conditioned, that was good after hot day.

Our room was completely on top and we had only 2 small window's on top. That was a bit special.

Perfectly located 2min from Locarno train station. Very friendly staff, modern, beautiful and clean room. Great value for money.

Too hot in the room with the closed windows. One needs to open the windows, but then it’s quite noisy due to the train station and the roads nearby.

The hotel (actually a charming villa) was in a prime location, close to all the major attractions.The lady at the reception ??? was very friendly, welcomed us with complimentary chocolates. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy.The room was beyond comfortable, spotless and spacious, with elegant décor.Breakfast was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options. Great restaurants and train station within walking distance. Ability to store your luggage after check-out.I would love to visit again. Thank you so much for making my trip memorable.Best. ???

The High Ceilings and balcony were amazing. The water pressure for the shower was amazing. The breakfast was super adorable and the coffee was perfect for the morning start. I would recommend this place to anybody visiting Locarno. It was within walking distance to everything.

Very nice hotel and rooms! The interior is beautiful and of high quality, airconditioning you don't hear but super comfortable. Everything in the small hotel is calm and peaceful. We really had a great 3 night vacation here! Good coffee machine in the room with complementary capsules. We used the free Ticino ticket to get by bus to Ascona and train to Lugano, great option as the hotel is next to the train station.

My experience was unacceptable. We checked in early evening, we went out and when we were back later in the evening we understood that the room was non-functioning at all. The plugs were not working all night long, for the TV  we had to proceed with modification and tests 1 am in the morning, the door handle was broken and all the dispensers were broken as well. I was sick and I had to use the bathroom regularly and everytime I had to fix the dispenser. And in terms of housekeeping the floor was dusty, was not clean to walk barefoot. Upon departure, the lady confirmed that we will take our money back which never happened. We paid 183 chf for all the above and the hotel manager refuses everything. This is the worst service I have ever received. This is not hospitality. If you face any issue in your room or in the hotel good luck. These people do not work ethically.

None of us occupying three separate rooms could get the aircon to work…

Good location in Locarno and despite being close to the road, the rooms were very quiet. All newly renovated with very nice bathrooms, coffee in rooms etc..

Very close to train station and the town centre. Rooms had everything we needed and more, they were comfortable. modern furnishings (inclusing a/c) and clean. Breakfast had enough choice. Staff were present and helpful. Out of hours entry system was easy to use.The price for the room/area was fair.

The rooms were sound proofed which was nice but I could still hear the road noise a bit. However, not enough to stop me returning.

Good location , near lake and piazza grande with many dining options. Room, big, clean, high tech skylight function.

It’s a small, boutique hotel , that’s why everything is narrow: lobby, gangway, elevator. Opening hours limited.

Staff was very kind. Breakfast offering was not extensive, but it was good. The room was perfectly clean.

I wish that the time to just drop luggage off was more flexible.
