Very nice room (had a swimup-suite) with daily room service (which was awesome! We even got some towel figures for the kids ever night) - exceptional views! Facilities are awesome, love hanging around the pool - Mostafa with his lifeguard-team just take care of everything (watch the kids to be safe, offer drinks,…). Frontdesk- and reservation-team helped out with whatever we needed - everybody is just so kind, helpful, service-oriented; you just feel welcome from the minute you get there!

It was clean, have good activities for my daughter, and also have nice restaurant and cafe, theater was great.

Everybody is super friendly - we love Mostafa and his lifeguard-team!! ? They are so super nice with the kids, taking good care of everybody and everything; doing an awesome job! Thanks for making our stay truly enjoyable and relaxing!

You’re feeling very welcome from the first moment - everything is clean, new, super taken care of. Unless in other reviews we didn’t have any health problems at all even though we drank and ate everything! Whatever concerns or requests we had, Abdu und Morsi from the front office did everything to help us out, thank you so much!

Everything was absolutely perfect for our summer holiday. The resort was spotless, and the facilities had everything we could possibly need. A huge thank you to the staff who were all so friendly and welcoming. The animation team was the star of the show – they were incredible and kept our kids (and us!) happily entertained from morning till night. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Staff was so friendly & welcoming, kitchen was delicious with so much varieties, service was perfect, room was so clean. We enjoyed our stay too much.

Friendly staff specially mr abdullah from reception dep,and mr Emad the bar man of kids pool and Mr Mahmoud,the executive chef is so kind and helpful, the general manager is very active and you will find him all the time checking every thing and asking about every details , the manager of sea horse restaurant is very friendly ,the hotel is very clean and the food is very high quality, highly recommended hotel for every one need to relax,,

Book a la carte restaurants before your arrival

For a la carte restaurants - usually two times included during one week - one must reserve well ahead of arrival!Otherwise, you might experience as we did that the first available slot was on day 5 only. Each hotel has their own buffet main restaurant, with no reservation needed. All the 7 Jaz resorts within this compound share the 4-5 separate a la carte restaurants included in the all-inclusive package. There are 2-3 more restaurants paid extra. Our favorite was the Seahorse with see view. Food in the buffet Jaz Maraya restaurant is excellent, though - with Egyptian dishes and deserts even better than in the a la carte restaurant!

Very nice hotel, rooms were comfortable and clean, our room always had a nice detail to welcome us after the day at the beach or the pool. Restaurant Buffett was well stocked and food was good and fresh. The aqua park was amazing for our 9 and 11 year old children. They didn't want to go anywhere else and kept sliding, there is also a food court where you get pizzas, burgers, salads and creppes (really good crepes!). Animation teams were good, specially the fire show, great performance. Check in and out was really smooth. BONUS: I like photography, I was carrying my 200-600 telephoto and I was able to capture shots of am Osprey and a group of terns phishing :)

We did had issues booking the a a carte restaurants, it is done with through an app and despite doing it as soon as we arrive we had zero availability for them, later by passing next to them we saw them half empty.

Great facilities, food and service.

Offering fresh orange jouice in the buffet restaurant and than charging 4 usd for it.

That was great experience. So far it was the best hotel among Jaz Hotels group. Good service, great food, when we had even the smallest issues they were solved immediately with additional compliments. The tennis courts are great, theu are close to real clay.

Strange policy of booking tennis courts - once per stay and then you can book only at night for an additional charge. It was not high season and most of the time the courts were empty but still it was hard to get there.Sometimes beverages were not tasty even in the main lobby bar.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. I The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room , we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset over the red sea from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is far away from crowd, it is literally a hidden gem Our stay at the hotel was for 9 nights , the nearby excursions are breath taking , we went safari, ref sea tours, Scuba diving ..etc limitless fun and sun ! He we had a memorable time together. Very child friendly (staff, pools, facilities) but still nice and comfortable for the parents..:-) Quality of the food and drinks good.

Good coffee available, but not before 09:00..

The people of this place are so nice honestly i liked everything about this place food,entertainment even drinks taste good,there is a lot of things to do during the day also the events they do at night was greaat

Like we had to walk around 10 minutes to be able to enter the beach.

Staffs are nice. Especially the kids club staffs. The cove is nearby and is super safe, I loved the Snorkeling with my small children. Never felt unsafe. Hotel food is good. They have many good activities especially for children.

There were regular power outages and hot water outages. Also everybody got really bad stomach flu although I don’t know how much that is related to the hotel (but we never ventured out of the hotel). They offer you tickets to restaurants outside the hotel - don’t bother because the food there was bad. The hotel restaurant is a lot better.

Personnel was great, from Nasser at the lobby. Our waiter Salah Mohammed and also the cleaning done by Salah!!! Team of all waiters at the bar were also always very kind.A super plus is also when you don't want the animation you can always go to the chill-zone to pass your stay peacefully...staring at the beauty from the Red Sea.

The stuff and service were exceptional! I've been at so many hotels and I've never seen anything like that! from the gentleman at the door to the hotel director everyone was extremely nice and helpful! We found everything we needed and more ! Food was unbeatable with a large variety from authentic egyptian cuisine to healthy options

Nothing really! there was no gym but we were able to use the one at the next hotel for free so all was good

Location, food,staff , sea horse restaurant , and family room size.

The receptionists are slow re-act , with low decision-making level , it looks like new hired staff.No Golf car to the Aqua .

The doors were often left open, and given the heat outside, the air conditioning struggled to manage. This was not good for the environment either.
