JAZ Solaya

This is our second stay in Jaz Solaya. We had an amazing experience with my family. Big and very clean rooms for 2 kids, comfortable beds. Food was very tasty and lots of options.amazing reef beach.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Jaz hotels are always the right choice when it comes to family vacation, but in particular jaz solaya exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect we had fun throughout the day as well as a great quality relaxation vacation. Snorkelling, beach facilities, food, the room, aqua-park, night shows all were excellent..What made our stay even more special was the great hospitality of Mr Mohamed Ali from the guests relation. He was super helpful and respectful to us and did his best to satisfy the guests and make our stay memorable.. We will come again because of him.

Staff is very attentive, they remember your family faces, room numer etc, everybody very friendly, will make sure you don't miss your plane.

Coffee at breakfast can be better quality

Unforgettable experience I went to many hotels, but the staff in this hotel are extremely helpful and exceptional service never saw a staff like that (all staff no exceptions)High food quality Valu for moneyRoom was very nice with nice view Beautiful snorkelling beach And good Sandy beach Snacks are good 8/10 Aqua park is very good some games were under maintenance but we enjoyed the remaining oneEntertainment team are very active

Property is well designed to accommodate all leisure activities in one place, Mohammed Tarek has managed to entertain us all possible ways, we liked a lot A La Carte restaurants, they have amazing chefs , particularly the Asian restaurant, and deserts in Italian one.Friday night beach party was absolutely stunning… our kids have really enjoyed it.

Despite the spacious Rooms and optimized bed spaces, building facilities are fine, but May need little upgrade and fresher look.

It was a very nice room with the sea view and a private garden. The service and the staff were exceptional.

the whole experience was amazing.the people working there especially all of the animation team and the guest relation Mohamed tarek. They all made the best impression possible.they did everything they could do to make everything special and memorable .I had the best time ever and i would come here again and again. Everything went perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay. Satff is amazing and extremely helpful. Everyone cares to make it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it to all my friends. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Tarek and the nice animation team, especially Zidan and Hesham. Facilities, rooms, and beaches are nice with the possibility of snorkeling and meeting the sea turtles :)

For the 3rd year I enjoyed the stay in Jaz Solaya. It can’t be better than that.Every thing is perfect. The hotel is near to the airport. the hotel beach has directly coral reefs and the sea is perfect. The food has perfect variety and quality. The staff and animation team are friendly and the funny. The every day shows and live singers are very nice and entertaining.We will hopefully visit it again next year.

Great hotel in a super nice location. The whole staff works really hard and long hours to please all the guests. Special thanks to Taha from housekeeping and Abd Allah from service in Olivo restaurant, very professional and friendly! Comfortable room, great facilities. It would be good to have the opportunity to play the games in the garden for a bit longer than 16.30 pm when they take everything away. It felt a bit unpleasant when at checkout we were pressured to leave a review when I mentioned three times that I haven't received the email from booking to leave a review and I would do it at home. All in all a great week!

Everything. Staff is amazing, very clean everywhere, inside the hotel is like a botanical garden. Some advices: - if you want less agitation and quiet, ask at check in a quiet accommodation, far from the reception area and central pool. - use the promenade and visit all the other hotels from Jaz Group (including Steigenberger!). Nice gardening everywhere, nice views, different perspective. From my point of view, Solaya have the most beautiful garden from all, but not far from the others. - if you are interested in snorkeling, you'll find the best corals here, on your own beach, don't have to go anywhere else. Hamata don't have nicer places for snorkeling, but the trip to Hamata is amazing for the colours of the water and sand beaches. WiFi net works very good in all the corners,. even on the beach
