Pools, beach, people, food. Honestly everything was great. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

The architecture and landscape is really so catchy and comfy. The reception employees were very helpful specially mohamed hassan thanks to him ♥️

The sea condition isn’t safe or suitable for swimming. The pool is really nice tbh

Our stay was absolutely perfect and so peaceful.-The view from our room was truly magical, both at sunrise and at night. -We enjoyed the high quality of the food at both the main restaurant and the Italian one.-The staff were a highlight—everyone was so friendly and welcoming, especially M. Khamis and Mohamed at the reception, as well as the decent and attentive staff at the lounge bar and pool.-Finally, while the animation team was good, we believe they could improve and be even more engaging

-​The beach was a little rocky, but the designated snorkeling areas were a nice touch.- I do feel it's important to mention that the guest relations specialist seemed to lack the professionalism required for her role. This is an area that I believe needs improvement as guest relations is a core part of the customer service experience

Staff friendly, specially mohamed deshnawy in reception and mohamed from the beach bar, The room was very good and clean.

Beverage in general is not good at all. Cannot drink good coffee in the hotel even against an extra charge. Only coffee machines which use powders.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful as were the waiters. Lovely beach and fabulous diving just off the hotel pier. Paradise Sea World Diving Centre linked to the hotel were first rate too.

Not able to swim straight from the beach due to the reef

The staff were very helpful and friendly especially mohamed ali in the house keeping who made our stay exceptional.

Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, food and drinks were good. Lunch box available. They provide beach and pool towels.

Insistent staff at the beach for booking activities. Small part of the beach is suitable for swimming (not their fault, it is the same everywhere in this area).

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Bed mattress was amazing something helping us to have high quality of sleep! People in reception and those who clean the rooms were very helpful and professional.

The staff of the swimming pool was not helpful, sitting on their chairs and talking to their mobiles while we had to prepare on our own the sun beds. Middle of day snacks were not available in the swimming pool bar, while those in the papyrus bar need considerable upgrade given that we talk about a 5 star hotel. The food was ok, even thought some plates were very salty. A main issue for us is that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. You cannot even think to go out of your hotel for a walk. People from trip companies approach you too often trying to sell their trips.

The staff are very professional and cooperative specially Mr./ Ayman in the reception desk, we had empresses by his service and understanding of the true hospitality business.

The food was good. However, being a vegetarian family, we had very little choices. We have stayed in almost all 5* properties so comparisons were drawn with previous experiences mostly on food. Aside to the limited veg options in Buffet (Breakfast, Lunch & dinner), the property was excellent with exceptional service staff.

Close to the beach but the beach isn’t swimmable because it’s got a long reef from shore and you can’t swim

Everything! The staff was super rude when I asked for anything telling me they don’t have or sorry I cannot help. This hotel is not even 3 star, and it’s dirty. Sofas are nasty in the lobby, food is horrible and we stopped eating. We decided to leave Egypt early based on this experience. The hotel did not provide a refund.

I have been coming to Egypt for several times a year. I stayed at Novotel (Marsa Alam) for the second time. We were warmly welcomed at the reception by Mr. Mohamed Hassan. A fantastic employee who provided us with wonderful service throughout our entire stay. It didn't just stop with this employee. "Every" employee, even the gardeners, luggage carriers, cleaning crew, lifeguards, entertainment,... are incredibly friendly and "extremely" helpful. Never seen before! An over the top amazing service. Every corner of the hotel is extremely clean and beautiful to stay in. The rooms are very large and beautifully decorated and maintained. Massive options with entertainment, wellness and other relaxation options,... The food is super fresh and very tasty. And all this in high season! I can fully recommend this hotel to everyone. Stop looking for other hotels. Thank you Novotel and all staff for the fantastic stay. Continue with this amazing vibe. To management: take care of all your employees, they deliver extremely fantastic work??? We see eacher back very soon, that's for sure! Btw: the "Sea World" diving centre linked to the hotel has the same wonderful values and I higly recommend it (there is a very beautiful house reef).

It was great property with great position and staff was very helpful starting from booking agents in hotel like Mr Mahmoud and Ms Remonda Emad and want to thank also Mr Ibrahim and Mr Amr who are responsible for restaurant also special thanks to Mrs Doha ,Mohamed Sallam, Mohamed Nasr and barman Amr for their hospitality and for their great service Of course recommending this hotel to all of my friends/ family and personally i will go again

Most of stuff is friendly despite the occupancy food was good and the gym is very nice and the view from balcony was great

No sandy beach must wait for the wind to be nice so you can enjoy the sea from only the deck
