My family and I had a very disappointing experience during our recent stay. Unfortunately, the overall service fell far below our expectations. Most of the staff were extremely rude and unaccommodating, which significantly affected our experience. That said, I would like to acknowledge that a few team members were genuinely helpful and made our stay slightly more bearable — their efforts were appreciated.One of the most frustrating aspects was the food and beverages. The quality was shockingly poor — possibly the worst we have ever encountered during a hotel stay. The meals were bland, poorly prepared, and served with little care. The beverages were equally disappointing, especially the sodas, which were of noticeably low quality and tasted artificial.In addition to the poor service and food, we were surprised to find that the staff's appearance did not reflect a professional or welcoming environment. Many employees wore wrinkled and visibly unclean uniforms. This lack of attention to personal presentation reflects poorly on the hotel's image and standards, especially since staff are the face of any hospitality establishment.We had hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable time, but instead, we left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements, as the current standards do not reflect what guests deserve — or what the hotel appears to promise.Ps : attached is an image of cockroach at the lobby’s restroom

The physical resort wasn't amazing in quality, trash noticed on the ground outside, buildings falling apart in places, the general manager and the restaurant manager were very nice. Beach was nice but not enough chairs.

Awful experience. Hotel has international clientele who all used English as the common language to communicate with the staff, however the staff hardly spoke a lick of english. Never enough plates, cups, silverware or clean tables at meals, food selection was minimal and hardly edible and never enough, food container were empty for 15 minutes at a time before being replaced. Dining and pool/beach bar staff were super slow often ignoring guests. During our stay our drinks either never arrived or arrived 30-45 minutes after we ordered them and then were incorrect due to language barriers. Something as simple as requesting water would take asking 3 waiters and even then IF they ever brought the drinks it would be sprite, cola or something else. The cups were SO small so IF we were lucky enough to get a drink we needed another immediately. Pool bar hardly had cups at all, or was often out of cola, sprite, etc. The beach bar and pool bar staff were NOT using soap to wash cups between guests, they just rinsed them in water, this is so unsanitary. We were basically starving and thirsty for 6 days. No orange juice or water at breakfast just some disgusting watered down drinks of some sort. Not enough chairs at the beach or pool. 3 out of the 6 days we were not able to get towels for the pool because they ran out and we had to wait anywhere from 5-30 minutes to get a pool towel. The information provided said the beach bar would serve sandwiches and drinks from 1-3, but the beach bar staff said this was incorrect and that it didn't open until 3, then it rarely had any type of sandwich, we would order fried and it would take so long and then they would hardly give us any because there would be so many people waiting for them. There were no lists of available drinks at any of the bars. wifi didn't work unless we were in the lobby. poor lighting in rooms, not enough outlets, never toilet paper in public bathrooms like by pool, bed was hard as a rock.

The manager and hotel staff were very friendly and went out if there way to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the outside excursions. And everyone was very Friendly. I really enjoyed the soup!

The food was ok but it was very local oriented. They didn't offer alot of options and there was not much international choices. The outside bars and beach bars were always out of food or cups or drinks. I waited 2 hours one day for french fries. Overall for the price it was very good. But the food and food service could do with a lot of work. It was hard for my daughter to find something to eat. I had to supplement with snacks from the inside store.

Great hotel they have a great animation team specially Mr/ youssef (Luka) and all the staff are very good and respectful the food quality is very good and all the bars are great it was a great stay and I will definitely hate it in addition to the hotel's distinguished location and the view of the beach and the presence of many flexible activities inside and the receptionists are very helpful specially Mr/ sherif and Mr/ mahmoud

Loved the position of the room with sea view! Food was very good we had no problems! Staff in restaurant was very careful with me and my baby as we were travelling alone. They took care of us! Good diving center and welcoming people! See you next time!

The size of room, the view, the location and all inclusive option, food was okay

The staff was very kind..the beach was near the room..the room was nice and cozy. The view was amazing pool and see view. The animation team was nice.

The beach is rocky and the meals was some kind limited,( no variety ) specially for the protein. There was no warm pool.
