the territory is well-maintanedstaff ready to help. they let us check in at 12 and check our at 14.nice areas for beach beds and wind shields (was windy when we stayed)very warm children pools

you can hear easily through the room and balcony doors so other visitors coming home banging doors and talking in the hall or loud music can wake up your little child who is asleep. the staff often cleans rooms after lunch also causing noise and disturbing your rest and generally no quiet time for day rest - loud music from the pool area and staff cutting grass with very noisy lawn-mowersA construction started behind the wall at the children pool area. An ecscavator working caused noise and dust when we were in the pool with our child.there's no place to swim in the sea, only a narrow stretch of water (knee-high) - only good for little kidsnot really sandy at the entrance to the sea, mostly broken little shells and corals

We loved our stay, and I want to commend the reception staff for their exceptional support and hospitality. The complimentary upgrade to a family room was a delightful surprise. I liked the availability of free, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the premises and the well-maintained pools and beach. The housekeeping was perfect, the variety and quality of the food were good, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable.Overall, my experience was amazing, and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Nothing major. There is one towel center that serves the entire hotel, and it is preferable to have more than one center.

We enjoyed there the view ,it's really amazing also all rooms designed to have a sea view. We liked that everything was connected and near each other. We felt that time was so short to experience everything there. The food there is so tasty. Animation team are so nice and enjoyable. Aquapark is so enjoyable for old and young people. Few steps there, and you could dive or snorkeling to see wonderful colored fish and coral reefs. You don't need to go anywhere else ..

We found that having somebody who cares about the kids in the swimming pools would be really nice for families who travel their with their kids. Also, the bed sheets were really clean but old. Hopefully, they will renew them. It would be nice to have another heated swimming pool during the night , especially in wintertime.

This resort steps out of the ordinary because of its food, the food here actually tastes good, is warm and the staff pays a lot of attention to refilling the items even before they are empty. As their motto says: „ A touch of belgian hospitality“ combined with the kindness of the egyptians this place makes you feel like someone really cares about your wellbeing. The staff is incredible nice, respectful, attentive, funny and really friendly, from housekeepers, waiters, receptionists, diving center staff ( who are independent) , taxi company until managers. Everyone here just gives you a good vibe. And I love that about them, I know how busy they are and how much they work. The exquisite resort has a pristine sandy beach, with sparkling turquoise water ( literally crystal clear water, not those photoshopped photos of different beaches in Egypt that you see on Google), surrounded by desert. In front of the jetty you have an amazing reef where the rich marine life invites you to watch an underwater show. The place is offering understated elegance, privacy and unparalleled personal service.

thank you to the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay. special thanks to the reception, where Kiro, Hani and Shazly are very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, I especially appreciated the large selection for vegetarians. The restaurant also has very friendly staff. Amer was very nice to my niece and she liked him very much. Overall, the hotel has a magical atmosphere and, most importantly, everything is beautifully clean!

This is you my first visit and the reception was good from the staff and they welcomed and received well and handed me the room before the appointment and throughout the stay the help from the staff was good to provide the available amenities and the place is clean and good and the restaurant and the types of food provided are good and the evening entertainment is good the pool is also good and clean

Aqua games are good, but very few, air conditioning in the rooms is not good and needs to be renovated to match the high temperature and humidity of the atmosphere, as well as attention to the general view of the garden, and the lighting at night is not good

They have the best sea view in Marsa Alam as you can literally swim with fish and it is so clean and safe plus the aqua park was perfect for adults and kids and all appreciation for the reception staff specially SHAZLY was so helpful and he was so kind during our stay

there were no varieties of foodyou can't have a snack on the beach you have to enter the restaurant

The staff is very helpful and works like a bee. The cleanes is excellent. The restaurant is very clean and has variety of food.

I recommend to put a bathroom on the beach instead of going to the pool.

Food is fine but not good as I expected

The beach was rocky and couldn't enjoy swimming especially childrens

First of all the resort is not that big and it doesn’t take a lifetime to cross from the beach to the the restaurant.I will point here the PROs:- the wifi was working also in the rooms and even at the beach free of charge.- the staff was very friendly - the sellers weren’t pushy like in most of the resorts- the best thing here was the food, everybody knows the food in the resorts in Egypt is terrible, this place has not a big variety of food, but the quality is good so actually i was impressed i was not skipping any meal. The food was tasty ( especially the cakes) and always warm. The beer had actually gas. And the staff doesn’t put food in your plate without limit, first less and you can ask for more ( better to stop wasting food)- everyone was really kind- very clean room, room and bathroom in good condition, nothing was broken- in front of the Jetty by the beach is a beautiful coral reef with a big variety of fish, turtle and one day a manta was crossing by. Everything in front of your hotel- the hotel is managed by a belgian man so they try to follow European standards. I haven’t heard about any food poisoning in this hotel- special thanks to a lady at the Spa for her great massage ( i forgot her name) and to Mr Nassar from the restaurant, very kind and friendly.

They should put more booths for beach towels so you dont have to walk around entire pool to reach the only one they have.

Everything here is great, the service is excellent and the staff are really nice, especially in the main restaurant and the nut bar. The waiter is Hamada Al-Sudani.he is really nice guy

The best pastry/dessert chefs EVER! Incredible. Very big resort lots of facilities. Good reef. Fantastic staff. Good value. Upgraded to massive family room.

Snorkeling was limited to 50m from pier which we found frustrating. The resort is very large and busy, not quite our vibe.
