There was no bar or anywhere to get a drink. Breakfast was quite expensive and not a lot of variety

Lovely clean hotel. Pool area although a bit small was very nice

A little noisy in the mornings

Friendly atmosphere, good breakfast, swimming pool. There is sauna but we were too late in time check it out , was closed. We were on road bike trip so from the train station was fast to get to it.

A bit Soviet Union old rooms but great renovated bathroom

Good location, walking distance to the town, plenty of places to eat, also near my relatives residence

All OK for us comfortable and peaceful

Good location, amazing large and comfortable bed, nice little terrace. Very helpful staff

Breakfast is a little lean could have more choice of cheese

Lovely family run hotel slap bang in the middle of Thonon. We used it as an overnight stop on our way to Morzine (you’re about 45 minutes away). Make sure you book the dinner in advance as it’s a lovely popular restaurant used by locals so gets fully booked.

We had a lovely large room with a comfortable chair and an extra small table. Superb for my husband who is disabled.Breakfast was good with fresh food and a reasonable choice.

We would have liked a handle to hold in the shower. We mentioned that to reception, and it was in line to be put in shortly.

Welcome friendly Staff helpfulRooms spotless Pool good

Small breakfast area

lovely location close to lake. pleasant welcoming staff. great room and comfy bed. super breakfast buffet.

nothing. although we didn’t get chance to use the pool! went on a boat trip instead.

Fantastic location near train and town. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly and very hospitable. Rooms were clear and comfy with a great shower.

The room was great! Spacious and very clean. Staff were brilliant, when we asked about where we could find somewhere to eat they kindly reserved a table in the restaurant nextdoor for us. The hotel buffet breakfast had a great selection and was well worth it.

Great location, close to town center and train station. Exceptional staff, delicious breakfast, clean and comfortable room, with balcony views.
