Small bedroom, uncomfortable mattress. The hotel location and breakfast were nice though

Staff was very helpful and kind from check-in with two bikes / vélos to check-out. We needed the front desk's help to request a large taxi (van) to move our bikes (in travel bags), luggage, and backpacks from the hotel to the train station. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant serves a good dinner meal (menu). The front desk team, the restaurant team, and housekeeping are first class. We would stay here again, esp during a heat wave (canicule) like that of mid-June to early July. They have air conditioning, which gives cyclists a break from the heat on non-ride days.

Room was smaller than expected, but as advertised. It's Europe and things are different. Not a big deal for our short stay.

Room was very small, little light and quite noisy (could hear the corridor and neighbors.

Very dirty floors, there was a spider net on the seiling and a lot of dirt under the bed! The rooms are also very small although i took a triple room, no space to even walk

Excellent location, nice room, polite staff, the breakfast was ok. Just 1 min away from the Christmas Market, nice view towards the lake The hotel has no parking spaces of their own, you have to find one on the street or use the city parking houses

- have stayed there on a few occasions and generally like the hotel, but I still find it a bit overpriced - for this money you get a bigger hotel room in Munich and Thonone is in no way comparable with it as a city

Staff were friendly and helpful especially Pamala who did exceptional work securing a taxi at a difficult time and Bernard in the restaurant/bar who introduced us to the best of the wines from Haute-Savoie.Locality was superb, easy access to the town and lakeside.

We had no disappointments, for us it fitted the bill, perfectly!

Very disappointing hotel

Information on booking.com factually incorrect regarding car parking, it wasn’t on site and not free. The car park associated with the hotel had a height restriction and our car was too tall. We had to find our own car parking solution. This lead to significant stress. The two men working on reception were very rude and unhelpful. They did not assist they said it was not their problem. This added to stress of the situation. Don’t stay at this hotel if you are expecting welcoming and helpful staff.

Great location for the start of our Alps tour, motorcycles were fairly secure outside reception with staff on all night, friendly and helpful staff on reception, great views, sat outside having a beer

Room 113 was perfect. Window over the gardens. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.

Bad wall insulation. From room 111 you could literally hear the neighboring guests snoring at night or using the bathroom. Not great for light sleepers.

The main woman in front desk is in the wrong business. Rolling your eyes to a customer when asking for general things such as: are there places to eat around here, or where can I get some ice.. tells you that hospitality is not for you. Not polite and everytime that anyone had to ask her anything felt terrible to even ask.
