Very well located

Very small room and tiny bathroom

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel truly welcome from check-in to check-out. I loved the hotel's convenient location nearby city center . Extremely recommended.

No elevator

The lady working was incredibly nice and accommodating of dietary needs (celiac and vegetarian). She gave us recommendations for where to eat for dinner as well. Room and bed were comfortable, facilities all worked well and there was a fan in the room to help with heat.

No elevator so we had to carry all our heavy bags up the stairs. Room was a tight fit with full size luggage for three people.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk away from the train station. The staff is friendly and it's clean, comfortable, and economical.

The quadruple room was a squeeze and had very little/no charm about it, very bare!

The staff were very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was warm. The breakfast was exceptionally good.

The hotel is very center located, the staffs are very nice and friendly, giving lots of good advice on every bit of tips, from online response to in person check in. The room is neat and clean, beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good valued and we all had a very lovely stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got lots of info regarding restaurants and a map of the area as we wanted to explore the surroundings, including the Swiss side of the lake. We went there off season and Nathalie was kind to upgrade our room. Liked that it was close to the station and also had the town centre nearby.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Breakfast was good, nice beds. Hotel in centre and safe carpark (city parking les arts) close by.

Nothing really, but soundproofing is not 100% .

This hotel is in a bad area parking is shocking didn’t feel safe around the area at all didn’t end up staying there went to a different hotel

Such a friendly welcome and there was nothing that was could not be done for us. Places recommended to eat and a map to orientate us too. Breakfast was a good range of items and a very good value stay.

Friendly staff. Less than 3 mins walk to station.Rooms clean and decent size.Ear plugs were provided which worked surprisingly well

The weather made the rooms very hot but the hotel provided 2 fans to help keep us cool.

It was August and unusually hot. Fans in the room but no AC

Location right in the town. Easily found and well signed. Owners were so nice and helpful. They went out of there way to assist us with just about everything.

My stay at Le Compte Rouge was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Overall I would recommend the hotel as good value for money.
