Typical US motel by the highway style- this one in the woods

It’s well positioned, really good restaurant facilities. Staff is nice ?

Not the cleanest, no change of towels, no too up of toilet paper. This is an Airbnb not a hotel.

Pleanty of parking and the restaurant that is part of the complex is quite nice.

I was double charged, despite explaining that I had already prepaid the stay online. No hot water in the shower.

Firstly, the hotel is too far from everything. No restaurant around needless to indicate it is too far around 2.7 km away from public transport access.Secondly, there is literally no service from the hotel staff, cleaning was done two days after check in. Though the staff was able to clean on the subsequent days, the cleaning was a minimal one, thus changing bedding, towels and toiletry. As for floor cleaning, zero.Thirdly, the reception is forever closed. One barely gets facilitated as the staff does not adhere to the short operating hours. Basically you would be alone deep in the woods. And hey there are no meals provided. Fourthly, and linked to the above, the hotel is basically a self check in and out. You will find the staff for check in to facilitate payment and that will be it. As I write this, I self checked out on 09/09/22 and I'm still wondering if the staff is aware that I have since checked out and back in my home country.?

Restaurant lady was great

They did not clean the rooms... They just make bed... The shower was not cleaned all the days I spent there.

The restaurant (lunch / dinner) is very good !Unfortunately, no breakfast available, even not a cup of coffie or tea in the morning !!

The room was clean

The road is just metres from the front door and very noisy, the single beds are miniature , TV not working, small duvets, room cold, and it says they offered breakfast but the hotel was closed so no breakfast!!

The attitude of your organization. We landed in this accommodation because booking.com booked us in accommodation that did not exist so we had toi find alternative in a more expensive accommodation. Tried for 2 hours to reach booking.com for help in the middle l of the night ..no success. only the following morning.Yet you asked me to rate the accommodation after you finally accepted a cancellation.very bad . besides no breakfast facility also not a tea facility in the room nor any glasses
