Nice size rooms. Washing machine in room. Property manager waited for us for a very late check in. Convenient to train.

Exceptional good dinner of the hotel's restaurant. Very nice staff. Good location, walking distance to the heart of the old town of Thun.

Easy to bump head on the attic style low beams around the edge of the room. Soundproofing is not so good, I slept by the corner and the window, in the midnight I could hear very clearly another room's sounds like people walking, talking, snoring, even the sounds of putting the key on the table or opening their suitcases.

It was clean, safe and the breakfast was good.

The room was dark with all kinds of beams and slanted ceilings that made moving around d difficult. I bumped my head several times. The windows were really small which added to the darkness.

We really enjoyed the spacious, cleanliness of the apartment and the excellent showers (though a shower bench would be a nice touch). The restaurant downstairs was fantastic and a real highlight of the stay. The staff was also very supportive and communicative.

On the downside, the apartment didn’t have curtains in the main living area, which impacted privacy. There was also no iron available. Most importantly, we felt the listing was a bit of a bait-and-switch. We thought we were booking one of the boutique-style rooms shown in the photos, but were instead placed in a standard apartment. It would be helpful if the listing made it clearer that overflow guests are placed in these apartments rather than the boutique-decorated rooms.

This place was SO clean, SO comfortable, SO quiet. It had AC and coffee was always available. The staff was SO kind. We loved the location as well. 10 out of 10! And we stay at a lot of hotels.

Great location, very clean and friendly staff

Lovely boutique hotel artistically designed with old village charm but contemporary touches. Quiet & located off a main road along the river, comfortable bedding, plush rooms with wonderful design details. All of the staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accommodated. A big bonus is that the hotel is located next to a superb gym which allows a free pass on their first visit. We liked the stroll along the river from the train station and location is near plenty of cafes, historical sites and restaurants.

Beautiful accommodation, exceptional interior, and very close to the historic center. Breakfast was good, but could have been a bit more varied. The lamps in the room and bathroom could also be dusted. ? The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I was upgraded to a double room and it was perfect - very comfortable, great size, lovely design, with some unique features like wooden ceiling, beatiful wooden desk and amazing walk-in shower. I arrived too late (and tired) to make use of the restaurant downstairs but it looked cosy and high-end.

New comfortable hotel located near the train station and it has underground parking nearby ( 18 CHF per night) . Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. They also have a restaurant on the first floor which offers great brunch options. Recommend for a stay in Thun.

The hair dryer could be better. People need concentrator nozzle to have their hair dried properly.

Charming small hotel. Very clean and well equipped room. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Apartment was excellent,clean, big, fantastic location, had everything we needed to be comfortable.

The room was cozy and beautifully designed as well as the rest of the hotel. Free espresso in the hall was a plus and lunch was absolutely delicious in the restaurant downstairs!

This is a beautiful hotel that has the most comfortable beds ever. The restaurant is also fantastic. Everyone was kind and friendly. Breakfast is great with a lovely selection.

I stayed in a single room, it is comfy and have enjoyed the breakfast which include fresh bread, cereal, selections of ham and cheece + coffee/tea. Location is good about 15mins walk from Station, There's a direct road along the train track leading to the hotel with 1 flight of stairs to manage. Very helpful and friendly staff. A COOP Supermarket is just next to the hotel and a 8-10mins walk to town center.
