The child bed that we requested was not initially included. It was solved after, though .

Decent size rooms and you can open the windows

I stayed from December 22nd to December 26th to visit family over the holidays, and except for the first night, the reception was always closed in the evenings.That in itself was not a problem (the room key opens the outer door) except for the last night, when the lever of the tap of my bathroom sink broke off.I called the emergency number and was told that since the water was not running, it was fine and could be fixed after the holidays.So I just could not use the sink in the bathroom until I left. Any other hotel would have put me in another room since it was half empty...Also. houekeeping was kept to a strict minimum since they were obviously on a skeleton staff.

Location is great, next to the lake and the center of town is only a short bus ride away with the bus stop only a few steps away from the hotel.The rooms are a nice size, beds comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit of a letdown this time; mainly because not everything was available when the buffet opened in the morning

I arrived after the reception had closed, and it was very difficult to get in contact with the staff and obtain the key for my room. Additionally, it was too hot in my room

The breakfast was decent and a wide range of food selection. Bed is comfortable and clean, also the Bassinet for my baby was comfortable, we definitely enjoyed our stay.

There were people talking so loud outside, and the noise was echoing and we can hear them from our room.

Big bright clean room, great shower. Comfy bed, quiet. Lots of parking space. Location - right at the beach/swimming pool. Great breakfast. Bus stop 1 min walk, very handy for going into Thun, otherwise a nice 20 minute walk. Lovely staff, very helpful. Got a free bus pass for the duration of our stay.

Would have loved coffee/tea making equipment in the room. A second chair would also have been nice.

No AC/Fan in the Room, shower room is small, staff at reception is not friendly and breakfast isn't good.

Neat, clean, tidy hotel room. The staff is very helpful. Location is very good. The hotel is near Thun lake. Bus stop is nearby and Thun train station is only 3-4 stops away by bus.

There is no AC. The hotels are not designed for summers. Without AC and fans it’s difficult to sleep in the night. Even though the temperature outside was around 21, inside was quite warm. Breakfast options could be better. For example, the eggs can be boiled and kept instead of asking everyone to boil eggs themselves.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The breakfast was simple but hade everything and good coffee in the machines. The location was good for us as the bus stop for. Umber 1 bus was right by hotel we were also near a bike rental shop and the lake. Athe staff was very friendly

The rooms were a little warm because of no air conditioning but not too bad.

The location was excellent. The public transport was very useful. A brilliant town centre for bars and restaurants.

It has not air condition, to hot for summertime, no way to leave the window open during the night to much mosquitos, they try to sell two times my room

Good location, very close to the lake. Free parking and a bus stop just around the corner, if you don't want to walk or take your car to the city center. Very clean room, big bathroom and good breakfast buffet.

Very spacious and clean room. The bathroom was gigantic (maybe even too much), and the jacuzzi was a really addition. A convertible sofa, a desk, and a small balcony. Also private parking available (extra 4 CHF per day). City center reachable in 10-15 minutes with public transport.Not to forget, very friendly staff, and great breakfast buffet (Thank you for all the gluten-free elements ... so rare) !

A little bit in the outskirt of the city, but easily reachable though public transport (every 15 minutes). But very close from the beaches ...

Hotel doesn’t have Air Conditioner or even fans. It was not comfortable to sleep. If keep the window open then bees and flies get it
