The Passage - Urban & Lifestyle Hotel

Great location, just off town center but in a quiet area. Very clean. Staying w/ a friend so glass bathrooms were a bit inconvenient for privacy even with curtain but other than that, really great, stylish hotel with good facilities and great staff. Thx!

No parking available...even paid. Had to drive around a bit to search and then feed meter constantly.

no working air condioning system

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The location was great

Super clean accommodations in a fabulous location, just steps away from the city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Hi

Location, Stuff Breakfast

Location is about 5-10 minutes walk from city center, room is nice, staff is very pleasant

It was clean

This hotel is not near anything in Basel. There is no nearby walkable restaurant and the hotel has no restaurant they only serve breakfast if you have added it to your reservation

close to city centerneat

internet not very good

Clean, spacious, quiet, great staff, great location

The staff were very kind, organized, and friendly.Breakfast was excellent — really top quality! The hotel is fairly close to the city center and has good accessibility.Since it’s located next to a busy street, you might hear a bit of traffic noise, but it wasn’t a big issue. The room facilities and cleanliness were also very good. For me, since I just needed a one-night stay, it was the perfect choice.

They have a wonderful courtyard where we would sit, chat and enjoy a glass of wine. Nicholas was friendly and quite helpful.

I love the hotel and the 2 female staff were really nice and helpful. The gym was top notch for me

The staff was very accommodating. They were quick to assist with anything we wanted or needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, it was very quiet and the location was perfect . We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Basel.

Love this hotel. Third stay. Always a warm welcome from ladies on reception and during breakfast. Excellent stylish, comfortable hotel at a fair price. Easy one stop on bus 30 outside hotel to Basel SBB and on to airport. Perfect overnight stop. Old town Basel just down steps behind hotel.

Nothing!

Crisp clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Natalia was a great help. Close proximity to activities.

Great location. Staff very helpful. Room lovely, spacious and quiet

Room was clean. Stuff was helpful. Location is 1 bus station from the Train station. The bus station is in front of the hotel. The bed was large. Upgrade to Deluxe Room for 10chf/night was nice as the room was quiet and good dimension. The shower pressure and hot water were very good. The free 1 beer for 1 night of skipping cleanup had very good taste :)

Although we asked for kettle in the room the tea mugs we had to ask separately. The minibar is very small (smaller than normal). The bathroom soap/shower gel & shampoo herbal perfume were strange. The price is quite high for the room amenities.

Friendly staff and quiet location not far from city center. We stayed only one night to be close to the airport for the next day's flight.

During our current 6-week trip, this is the most expensive daily hotel rate we will encounter. So I can't say thus was a good value, but perhaps typical for Basel. On the map, it appeared to be a short walk from the main station. However, it was not an easy walk with luggage, so I would opt for Uber or taxi next time.

I loved the feel of brand new, fresh, clean, great shower.the qualitiy. Jasmine the front desk... she took the time to cover every detail in my staying, anything I might need. .. she was welcoming, friendly, extremely nice. The breakfast was excellent...the lady helping you with the service was outstanding.

I would have loved a fan. Heavier pillows.... even with an open window. Floridian here.

Friendly reception ((staff ??)) , clean facility , nice breakfast .

Nothing, everything was good ??
