Everything was wonderful!!!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great and full of options. Rooms are well insulated, and you don't hear any noise. Location is very central. Overall, we had a great staying.

Rooms were nice but needed a little bit of maintenance. The hotel has a great design, and it is well thought out. However, some items are dated and need maintenance.

Best hotel of our trip! Plenty of space, amenities (soap, lotion, shampoo, safe, slippers and water). Convenient location next to Christmas markets and transportation. Clean.

Beds are slightly uncomfortable (too soft) but that’s it! Everything else was great!

The design and cleanliness and location

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Loved the location, uniqueness of the room, common beverage space, and great shower. Attached restaurant was good too.

The only negative was the parking were super tight spaces but elevators took you right up into the hotel which was nice.

The location was great, central to everything. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

The shower did not drain at all so the entire bathroom floor got flooded when I showered.

Clean rooms, very modern, close to tram and bus station, walking distance to the Old Town

Bed wasn’t comfortable. Noise coming from the street below as our room was facing the street

Great location and design. Quiet and good team. Very nice overall concept and a decent breakfast.

Bedding was very very soft and only two pillows. No air conditioning available.

Super friendly and responsive staff. Excellent location. Spacious and very clean carpet-less room. Coffee machine and fruits.

Would be good to have a Bluetooth speaker at the room. Specially in the I stayed in, there was a big ball shaped lamp hanging below head hight. I get the aesthetics but it’s not practical. good luck not bumping into it during a stay.

On the final night my key card wouldNot admit me to my room. There were no attendants late night and no one would answer the emergency contact phone per the instructions left at the desk. I was forced to sleep on the lobby sofa until staff arrived at 7:30 am. I was not offered any compensation and should have at least had the final day refunded for my inconvenience

Excellent location. The room was good enough for three people and the breakfast very good every day.

Great beds, restaurant is fabulous. Great food and wine. Showers/bathroom nice size. Maybe get a thicker bath towel. Great location

Very good location with a very good bar downstairs. The receptionist was professional and recommended amazing places.

Lots. I’m not sure the designers ever stayed in a hotel. In my working life as a salesman and an airline pilot, I estimated I had about 4000 nights in hotels. This one may not be the worse, but certainly the most overpriced bad one I ever stayed in.

wish there was a fridge in the room or at least one per floor.

Free travel card. Free water and coffee (limitless). Free bicycle rent. They provide you an instax camera (you must pay for the films of course). Dyson air cleaning in the room. Nice and kind receptionists. Perfect location. Definitely stay again for my next basel trip

Ruben at reception was of excellent assistance and full of information. He even delivered an extra floatie (wickelfisch) for our Rhine River float. The breakfast buffet was excellent as well.

1) Parking - Very risky, very tight, very few places. I recommend to avoid. There are parking options around. If you booked it already, on first day, you have to stop/leave the car at the entrance of the parking (yes, you're blocking the entrance), run to the reception, take the parking card and enter inside. You don't need the card to leave the parking.2) Breakfast is creative but they don't renew foods unless somebody asks to. I waited 20 minutes for boiled eggs.
