Old world elegance, in a perfect part of town

parking was a bit of an adventure

Very well designed rooms, plenty of seating great bathroom, excellent lighting, exceptional staff

It has parking on site, I managed to scrape the side of our rental leaving due to construction we didn’t know was happening. Had I known that construction was going tip be going on, I would have parked in a slightly different location

The location was very convenient, with the city center less than a 10-minute walk away. There was also a shopping mall nearby, so we didn’t experience any inconvenience. The reception staff was very kind and helpful, and she prepared a room that exceeded our expectations. Although we only stayed for one night, it was a comfortable and satisfying stay.

The shower and toilet are separated within the bathroom, but the toilet area is quite small. When the toilet door is closed, it hits your knees, so it is more comfortable to leave the toilet door open and close the bathroom door instead.

Room was great, clean with really comfortable bed. Great location.

Breakfast can be much better. Not enough variety and the cured meats were not that fresh.

The entrance to the hotel car park is very narrow with poor lighting and signage and car damaged as a result.

This is the second time in 2 years we have stayed at the hotel when visiting family. It is an exceptional establishment. Although the building dates back to last century, the inside is totally modern with high quality features. From floor to ceiling, everything is perfect and up to date. We had a room with a jacuzzi and a huge shower. The room was so big and the bed comfortable. Do not miss breakfast. You won’t believe the variety an quality of what you get. No wonder bus tours from neighboring countries stop overnight when visiting Alsace. Walking to downtown Mulhouse is a breeze. The hotel has a restaurant where guests only can have a meal. So convenient! The owner is around quite often and very, very nice,

Pretty room, comfortable bed and big TV.Breakfast was very good, you can boil your own eggs. Underground parking where we could secure our bicycles. Close to a shopping mall with grocery and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff.

i thought the man on reception was going to hit me when i asked why the gate to the car park was not shutting.he told me twice to sleep well but i said very nicely should it have not shut by nowhe walked towards me aggessively saying it was not my problemchest pumped with that look in his eyei walked away quickly literrally unbelievable

In General, the staff is very reactive, the location is central and good, the breakfast is very well prepared.
