Location & convenience to train stain, breakfast was good, dinner at restaurant next door was handy, super clean, comfortable bed

I was extremely impressed with the breakfast. A very large assortment of things to eat, much more than pricier and higher ranked hotels.

Clean, friendly receptionist. Breakfast not very varied, but ok.

The price is too high for what it offers. The room size is rather small.

I am leaving an honest review of the accommodation. The staff who greeted me that evening was kind and polite. They were considerate of the arriving guests and guided me thoughtfully. I would like to thank only the staff who greeted me on the evening of my stay and the staff who tried to help me when the shower didn't drain in the morning. Because everything else was disappointing.

There are many things to improve. First of all, the facility management is a mess. The room I reserved looks fine on the outside, but there are many problems the moment I try to stay there. When I try to take a shower in the shower room, the water in the shower room doesn't drain. It's a nightmare to arrive in the evening and not be able to shower before going to bed. When I turn on the water in the shower room, the water fills up in less than 15 seconds and doesn't drain, so I can't shower. I travel frequently for business and travel, but this was the first time I couldn't shower because the water didn't drain at a hotel. The hotel staff was friendly, but there was nothing they could do. I was worried that the water would overflow from the shower, so I packed my bag again, prepared to change rooms, and tried to tell the staff about the problem and ask them to change rooms, but they always said that there were no rooms to change to, and it was impossible. Then the staff brought me 10 shower towels. They told me to just lay them on the floor and shower. They said that was all they could do. In the end, I had no choice but to leave the exhaustion of the day behind and just wash my hands and feet and go to bed. The next morning was the same. The breakfast was also really bad. The croissants are not crispy and there is no place to put the tray after you finish your meal. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The ibis Stylus Hotel and the ibis Budget Hotel are right next door, and I did not feel like I was staying at the ibis Stylus Hotel at all. I felt like I was staying at the lowest level of ibis. This is a hotel that does not have basic facilities to welcome guests. A hotel where you can stay but not have a shower... This is the first time in my many trips and business trips that I have experienced this. I would like to request a refund due to this unsatisfactory hotel and unused hotel facilities.

Excellent location if you travel by train - however you'd better have a room with the magnificent city view as opposed to the train tracks view. Relatively clean and neat hotel.

Probably we had a bit of bad luck but the fire alarm went on in the morning (false alarm), everybody went in the lobby and tried to have a breakfast at the same time. Obviously the architects did not plan for such event and the kitchen quickly ran out of capacity - not enough space to sit, not enough food and so on.

Right by the station so very convenient for a break in a journey. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was great in terms of location, about 10 minutes walk to the main centre and right next door to the train station.The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet The bathroom was clean and came with a hairdryer.

The breakfast was chaotic, there wasn't enough tables. Despite the effort of the one staff member trying to replenish everything there often were no cups for tea/coffee and food ran out. It was lovely to have thr option of fresh tea leaves but again often there was no way to strain the leaves from your tea.The room was incredibly clean, probably due to the amount of cleaning products used. Sadly this meant the room stank of chemicals, which was quiet unpleasant.

Clean, close to the train station, helpful and friendly people at reception. The breakfast featured a variety of quality food.

The reception/bar/breakfast facilliities are rather scarce for a 'Styles' hotel. They remind more of a decent Formula hotel set up

The bar was virtually connected to the reception and the offer + environment was very sad for any hotel, let alone a Styles hotel. I cannot imagine anyone enjoying themselves having their glass (of low quality, supermarket wine) down there.

Good location, near city center. The breakfast was very good with wide spread of food options.

There is no room-garage for bicycle storage. However we were able to take them into our room, wich was large enough to do that.

Sheets had blood stains on and door handle was broken on the toilet, room 501. No slippers provided as listed. Floors needed mopping, they were not clean.

Good hotel, conveniently located near the town centre. In spite of being next to the train station, it was quiet. Good breakfast and nice staff.

The bed for our daughter was not too comfortable. The breakfast area was quite small.
