The room was nice and I recommend this place if you want to stay somewhere closer to the main cities of Alsace and also to Basel.

Inaccurate location on the map

Spent a night here as a stopover. It's compact, but it works for small families. It's a budget hotel, so no surprises there. The location is good, and they have paid parking, which is a reasonable 8 euros a night. Street parking is available for free in the night.

Breakfast wasn't great, and they could do better. The room wasn't cheap for a night, so I was hoping for more.

The location is right outside the Train station.

The staff was terrible.When I arrive around the early evening no one was at the reception.After waiting for 20 minutes finally someone had come.And also in the middle of my check in he had to help other workers so the all check in took me almost one hour!Also at the breakfast I found a long big hair in my food!Never stay at Ibis again.

Overall the experience was good! We chose this hotel due to it's position next to the train station, which allowed us to easily travel to other points of interest that we had as well as easily walk or take a bus to visit Mullhouse.

Location is good, staff is also good.

It was relatively warm, around 26-28 grad. Air conditioning produced noise but not an airflow / cooling. At the end we slept with open window and since the windows were towards the main road, it was relatively noisy.

Good continental breakfast but without any type of eggs. At least boiled eggs could be add to the breakfast menu. Location is excellent, very good sound proofing.

There were works at the train rails behind the hotel which made it impossible to sleep and the hotel has no airco.

In the hotel room was pnly 1 towel and it was dirty. Had to ask towel from the reception.

Good budget room for three, normal breakfast. Parking in the underground parking, 8 euros per day when paid at the reception.

The Ibis Budget Hotel was conveniently located to trains, buses and the city, was comfortable and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and the room was nice. Good value.

I missed eggs and some vegetables for breakfast... A typical French breakfast, but fortunately, all the ingredients were of high quality. The room for two persons is quite smaill. Location is very good from my point of view, 100 m from train station which was very convenient when you are coming back from long day walking from Basel, Colmar or Strasbourg.

Good location, horrible staff, overpriced.

The staff was very rude. The doors of this hotel get locked after 23:00 and I was asked to ring the bell and one of the staff members will open it from inside if I am returning back after 23:00. I had to wait outside for 15 minutes in the rain and no one responded as I kept ringing the bell. Finally, a member of the staff opened the door with me in the rudest possible manner and directed me, "you should have called the number instead of ringing so many times." I informed him that I do not have a French SIM card so I wouldn't be able to make a call in France and he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I asked for his name because I wanted to complain against him, but he refused to identify -- instead, he shouted back at me and walked away.

Good location, comfortable bed.

Location is very good and near to gare station.

Poor breakfast, rooms are not spacious, no water and napkin's at the rooms , no hair dryer.

One guy managing two hotel receptions (Ibis Budget and Ibis Style which are side by side). We came with a delayed train. He knew a lot of people was coming and he did not put the means to be more effective.We ended up waiting 1,5 hours to do the check-in even though we had booked the room before arrival.
