This hotel should be banned from Booking and Accor

Everything: very scary neighborhood, feeling of insecurity in the hotel and outside, crashed cars on the parking lot, the smell of urine in the rooms.

Uncomfortable

The door's to the rooms don't offer enough security and don't isolate at all. You hear everything and everyone and it's difficult to sleep when you hear every footstep, every door closing and opening and even people talking and caughing as loudly as if they were in the same room.

In the City Center, Free parking & WiFi.

Too much noise in corridor from Janitorial team or noise caused by clients, Bed dimension is too small Reserving for 3 persons, instead they offer us double bed room without mattress, cribs or Mat for 1 children. It was not good at all, dirty, zero respect from the staff, zero sense of security, in general, I do not recommend going

No soap or hand sanitizer anywhere, even in bathrooms.

Don’t know why on earth I booked it - will avoid the whole chain in the future

The rooms are okay.

The showers and toilets weren´t functioning well and were dirty.

Nothing at all, I'm still trying to understand how a business like this is allowed to do business and how booking.com allows to have such places in its listing. In any developed or even undeveloped country, this business will not pass any health inspection.

Room far away from the published pictures, bed linen dirty, unchanged from previous guests, hair on the sheets, overall cleanliness in the room missed.Asked for a new room, and it was worse than the previous one. So, I paid and ended up moving to another place.

We had a quiet room, a good breakfast, and a quick check-in & out. The heating in the room worked well. The kitchen/dining room is the best-kept place.

We have stayed at this F1 hotel before. Prices have gone up, but the hotel is run down and not well-kept. The bathroom was not very clean. We had only one towel for two people. They could make an effort and refurbish it.

İt was not clear Booking information.Wrong room Photos. The receptionist did not speak English, okay, no problem. They did not care about customer satisfaction. I told them about a request I had, but they did not help me.WC and Bathroom was dirty. No towel no soap no shampoo

Facilities were not updated. Coffee machine was not working. Toilets were out of paper & dirty

The location is easily accessible and there is plenty of parking space

The toilet didnt have a sink to wash your hands, showers didn't look clean and breakfast was only bread with honey, jam or nutella, or milk with chocoate cereal. There was also cookies and cake but unfortunately nothing healthy or savory. Also no airco in the room so it was uncomfortably hot. Since we slept on the bottom floor we weren't comfortable leaving the window open. Didnt have a great night rest.

The location is great, very close to shops and restaurants. Beds a bit small but comfortable. Private parking inside.

Shared bathrooms were not that clean and showers were too hot to handle.

Disappointing

No customer service. Sharing toilets and showers not clearly mentioned during the booking. Dirt and welcoming at all. Felt like I was in a venting machine hotel. Breakfast was very poor of fresh and healthy options, not even croissants were available. Sad experience. Never again.

It’s not bad for a student or for a short stay. The location is not the best but there are shops around. (10 min walk)

I wrote this mail to the hotel, and have not heraf anything yet : We checked in late night and went away again after only 1,5 hour. You promised that the rooms we bookes we’re next to eachother - I even wrote to you to confirm, which you did. When we came at the hotel they where guys buying/selling marihuana outside. Which made our kids very uncomfortable to sleep apart in another room. There where a lot of people wandering around the hallway, and a little guy at about 5 year old walking alone at 23 in the evening smoking on af PUFF-bar. People where yelling outside the room and when we went out they stood inside smoking. I want the money in return. The plage was not as descirbed on the webside and the expericene when we arrived got ud leaving because our kids where so scared. The toilets where disgusting. I hope you just refound my money for the night we did not get and the breakfeast we should have had. Otherwise I will contact local police i Mulhouse and describe what I saw.
