Room a little small but OKTV cable missing so TV never worked despite asking the front desk.

Location, staff, it was useful to have the electrical devices for heating.

Mould and very bad smell in the bathroom, very old appliances. In much need of renovation! Very overpriced for the conditions offered.

The Location and the staff were Excellent!!!

Oh, the bar was so cute and art deco and on Friday night they had live music. It was a real treat.The food was also amazing dinner that evening was lovely

Great location, easy walk to both train station and middle of city. Comfortable room/bed. Decent breakfast buffet. Cool lobby bar.

Bed wasn't made when I checked in, one sheet on it, comforter and pillows piled on chair/desk. Floor also wasn't swept. Some items at the breakfast buffet weren't replenished while I was there at 8:00 am (served until 10:00). Parking garage a block away wasn't as inexpensive as I'd expected, over 60 euros for about 36 hours. Front desk staff efficient but not particularly friendly. While hotel was nice I wouldn't call it a four-star one.

Location, very near the train station 6 mins walk and 2 mins walk to old town. Reception are is very nice and breakfast area; my room has very good size bedroom area and decent size bathroom.

Room categories don’t come with breakfast so I booked breakfast separately. But breakfast offerings were meager for 25 euros. I wish I checked the display first before sitting down. I could have spent that amount near the old town’s nice little cafes/taverna/restaurant and would have had a satisfying breakfast.

This property is in an excellent location for exploring downtown Mulhouse. The Christmas Market was a five minute walk away along with great shopping. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were always pleasant and helpful.

Quaint, fire place burning in the lobby, creates great atmosphere. The receptionist was excellent and very friendly and helpful. We could even keep our car parked in restricted area right in front of the hotel for a night. Charlie’s Bar is great, good drinks and menu.

Bathroom a bit outdated but clean!

The stay in the hotel was really cool. Visiting an old hotel was an very wonderful experience. We seemed to be in an old hollywoodmovie... The rooms had been very compfortable. We booked two rooms and one of it was small, the other huge. So different sizes of the rooms. But it was super anyway.We arrived later at 20 p.m. and went into the bar to take some drinks and ordered food. Delicious! I swear, i never expected such good food in this bar. Really nice and kind staff. At this evening there was live music which was a great thing to relax while eating and drinking.The breakfast was good as well. There had been many things to take and a broad bandwith of food was available. Worth every cent.The hotel itself is very central direct to a park. We reached it by car and we needed a parking slot. The hotel has parking slots available, BUT the parking area is around the corner. You have to walk 1-2 minutes. So parking in front, checking in, bring the luggage into the room and THEN park the car.I will sum it up: A special stay! Additional: Please be aware to take a shower at closed bathroom doors. There was a sign, but it was too small and i didn't read it. In the morning at 6 a.m. i caused a firealarm for the whole hotel because the smoke sensors are very sensitive. Even for water dunst... Be careful it was an embarrassing situation for me leaving the shower and going to the front door only with a towel to talk to the manager which knocked many times on my door...

Very nice looking, classical hotel, excellent Christmas decorations. Convenient location within short walking distance between the city center and the train station.

Playing the piano late in the evening at 10 pm in the lobby - the music was too loud and clearly audible in the rooms upstairs.Expensive breakfast.

Heaters in the room was so old, in couple hours it s dries out the air which makes you cough.

The proximity to the train station was most important to us. At the same time it was very easy to get into the city center. The room was small but nice. The staff was very helpful. We were able to leave our luggage before the official check-in as we were early.

The smell in the restaurant was not very pleasant and the washrooms downstairs were dirty.

Location is very convenient and within walking distance to the Christmas market. The hotel is a bit dated but has its own charm, and the room is clean.

Friendly staff, the breakfast was good, they had wash cloth which is unusual for most hotels in Europe. Parking was only 10 euro.

Fantastic location, lovely building, exceptional staff all speak English so helpful and friendly. Bar food was amazing. Rooms lovely very clean large bathroom.

I just had a great time that night in Mulhouse , the hotel was prety good, location is great we had lucky to find a free parking on that night just near to the hotel.

Lovely 1920s décor reminiscent of Casablanca; very helpful staff inc in the restaurant; had a ‘family’ feel with a touch of sophistication; excellent tarte flambée and excellent breakfast esp the gluten free options; great location.

Nice hotel in art deco style. Hotel offers secure indoor parking nearby. Great breakfast.
