It was cold in hotel, especially in restaurant. Also in the rooms you have to leave AC 24/7 to keep normal temperature

The hotel was amazing! Staff were just lovely, room was very clean and spacious, hotel was very close to the main train station and city center. The dining experience at Berti was also great! Very fine dishes with local specialties.

Excellent location near Mulhouse station. Friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was very nice indeed.

The shower floods the bathroom. I would expect more hot food at breakfast for the price of the buffet.

Rooms were very nice and decorated so cute. Very clean too. The breakfast was extra but good to have before the day out. Less than a 10 minute walk to the train station and close the city center.

The beds and pillow were not comfortable. My body just did not like. I love everything else about this hotel but they just wasn’t that comfortable for me.

The staff was SOOOO nice. My partner fell ill and we were waiting for our train later that evening, and they allowed us to stay in the room until much later so he could rest up. They were very accomodating and gave great advice in terms of restaurants and also where to go for medicine, etc. Room was very nice, and nice grounds.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Close to train station with less than a 10 minute walk. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good too.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, with reception available until late. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel kitchen exceeded our expectations.

There was little “superior” about the superior room. Air conditioning gave the room a funky smell.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Good location with covered car park and car charging facilities close by.

Room was cold when we arrived. Room has heat pump and radiator which warm up the room once turned on, but there is no heating rail or heating of any kind in bathroom.

This is a perfect choice for a couple. It is suitable for long or short period.The rooms are clean and confortable, staff were very nice and hospitable. Also, we apreciated that was quiet and we slept very well. Excellent services.

The team was good and the location is nice as it is close to the center and railway station.

The breakfast selection was quite bad, just a few drinks and a lot pastry. The room facilities are not good such as few sockets, shower is close to the toilet and it becomes wet.

It was wonderful accommodation, warm hospitality, kind touches with presented sweets,cookies, for wonderful greetings at the reception and during breakfast. We really felt like we were in a family circle, which is missing in today's smartphone life. Additionally every minute of our stay was refined by high-level of service and customer-oriented approach, which Team of Berti Hotel demonstrated perfectly. This definitely was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in traveling to more than 40 countries. It is a great value that care and perfect service created an atmosphere of magic Christmas celebration and relaxe during our vacation. And it was magnificent actions of Berti Hotel team and they created a great Christmas fairy tale. This is very valuable and unforgettable. We really appreciate it.I hope there will be another opportunity to return soon.This hotel and Team deserve 20 stars !!!
